    Incompetent cast members

I had an amazing time up until the last 45 minutes! My family and I decide to watch the beauty and the beast live action play and get photos of our daughter with belle. While the performance was ending I asked three staff members where photos would be taken at. Two members referred me back and fourth to the same cast member. The performance was over and I hadn’t gotten a consistent answer. Finally a cast member who I had already spoken too advised they sometimes do photos after the show but it’s up to the character. After being advised she wouldn’t let my family renter to take photos. I completely understand the non reentry and the fact that it’s up to the character, however my problem lies between the lack of communication between the cast members that lead to us not being able to stay and take a good photo. This all could have been prevented if I was told the correct information the first or second not the fifth time of me asking. I spoke with two lady’s of management who tried their best and were friendly. However our photo of bell was a quick photo of her exiting that looks like there four feet apart. I wish communication was better between staff working in the area and maybe a sign posted to inform guests.

Disney California Park Ticket Purchasing Experiencing

I made several attempts to purchase 4 adult tickets for Disney California Park via the Disneyland.com website. I'd get all the way to the end and enter my credit card info only to get a message telling me that my card was unable to be accepted. So I called and went through the order process with one of your representatives and again my credit card wouldn't go through. That representative transferred me to an accounting rep and my credit card didn't work for her either. So she took all the attendees names and made reservations. She said that I would just need to show my reservation confirmation at the ticket window when we get there and purchase the tickets then. Well, while standing in a 45-50 min long line, I spoke to 2 separate people who said that they had the same thing happen to them and that's why they were also in line. Anyway, I got to the window and gave the woman my reservation info and was told that I need to download the app and create an ID/password then login in. Then I had to fill in all the names again, and go into another screen and link the tickets, etc etc!!! WTH?! I asked her why wasn't I told this beforehand by Jacqueline who made the reservations. I was just expecting to pick up tickets since I already went through a lot of red tape on the website! Then I asked if I can get ONE fast pass for my grandson and she added fast passes for ALL of us! It came out to over $700!! Now it's clearly been over an hour and I didn't have time to stay and fix it. I had people waiting for me!! Purchasing tickets on Disneyland's website should have been the easiest part of our whole California Park ordeal but it was the worst ticket ordering process I've ever experienced! I would maybe expect this is from a brand new business just getting started, but NOT Disney!!!

    Not the best

Came here 3 times to with my family of 6. We’re very big on going out as a family but this park is always super full. Everything is always so overpriced and honestly not that good. Either way we always find a way to have a fun time but by the third day, we were all tired of disney and even left early. Staff was always super nice though.

Disneyland Resort Anaheim Tickets in California: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Anaheim.

How much does Disneyland Resort Anaheim Tickets in California cost?

    +

Prices start at $335 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Anaheim usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Disneyland Resort Anaheim Tickets in California take?

    +

Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Anaheim is not rushed.

Is Disneyland Resort Anaheim Tickets in California worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.1/5 across 714 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable family friendly in Anaheim, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Disneyland Resort Anaheim Tickets in California?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Disneyland Resort Anaheim Tickets in California suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Disneyland Resort Anaheim Tickets in California?

    +

Around 250 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Anaheim can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Anaheim and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Disneyland Resort Anaheim Tickets in California start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Anaheim within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Anaheim?

    +

Anaheim's activity market is built around Disneyland Resort and Knott's Berry Farm, then widens into Angels games, brewery crawls in the Packing District and easy runs to Laguna and Newport beaches. Skip-the-line timing and park-hopper detail matter more here than anywhere else in California, so we weight logistics heavily. On Outty we rank every Anaheim experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full-Day Iconic Sights of LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Beaches and More, 60 Minute Adventures at The Escape Game in Orange, Anaheim to LA: Hollywood, Beaches & Famous Film Sites tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Anaheim?

    +

March to May and September to November, when park crowds ease and days stay warm. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Anaheim?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
