Horrible experience trying to buy tickets online
The greed, contempt and arrogance of Disney through the actions of its financial side are destroying the creative branding that has been built since its origins. It’s disgusting how Disneyland is so concerned about saving every penny that they make it difficult to even give them exorbitant amounts of money on a credit card. I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with Disneyland just to buy tickets, due to their incompetent online system, which includes faulty functioning of my card on their app. Their customer DISservice dept. left the matter unresolved.

Just a huge Tourist Trap
All our lives, we wanted to go to Disneyland, but the cost valley, optional extra add-ons and waiting in line made it one of the worst experiences we have had as a family

Costs More, Get Less, Staff can be rude
I love Disneyland no matter what, but I think this might be the last time I visit Disneyland at Anaheim. There are *some* cast members still reminding me what a great place this is, but mostly rude or just aren't doing their jobs. * No more early entry - Hotel Guests get one lightning lane. I'm not sure if there's any advantage to staying at Disneyland hotel anymore. Monorail wasn't operating. You have to walk through the entire downtown Disney. * Cost Cutting Everywhere - Just what is up with all the projection shows and budget parades? What happened to this place? Paint the Night? Looks like a show made with someone splurging on Temu. Search "Electrical Parade Dreamlights" or "Disney Harmony in Color" on youtube - those shows are running today! That's some quality work worth waiting for. * Yelling by staff - it really does feel like an airport security than the happiest place on Earth. "KEEP MOVING! 3 PER RIDE! MOVE FORWARD!" Are we inside the haunted mansion or jail? * Staff doing minimal work - Storybook Land Canal - have no clue what the operator is saying. - Train - no one is telling people blocking an entire row to scoot in or when to stand up. Just the minimal "all aboard!" - Silhouette Studio - only one open. That open one, the staff says they are going on break. - Haunted Mansion - I had my son on my lap and the bar just came down on us. A staff member probably was supposed to see that kids cannot sit on laps before that happened. - Lightning Lane - They don't even look. They are just staring off somewhere while I scanned our lightning lane barcode. I had to ask "can we go?" and the worker just barely gave a nod. * Monorail closed if temp is over 85? So it's pretty much closed for the whole summer. The crappiest train has AC, why can't Disney refurbish their monorail so Disneyland Hotel guests can actually use what's advertised. * Just rides closed everywhere. It's like a roll of a dice if you will be able to ride your favorite ride when booking a trip to Disneyland. * Disney Photo for $75?! Pizza for $90?
