This was a fantastic was to see a truly unique part of the world. Lots of steps put in for the day but oh so special.

It was ok. Best for 1st time there.
Lots(too much) time in each village to shop - all the shops carry the same stuff and you can only eat/drink in cafe's so much. We had been there in 2008 - nothing had changed which is good for a National Park.

Amazing day!
This was a really great experience and we saw 4 out of the 5 towns that make up Cinque Terre. Just be prepared that you will be walking from the cruise sport to the train station which is about a 1/2 hour walk There is an option of taking a taxi. There was a lot of walking on this trip, but the scenery was absolutely beautiful and worth it. The guide Linda was amazing.

This is a train and walking tour that we managed to visit 4 of the 5 villages. Our guide was exceptional! It does involve a lot of walking and we did 19,000 steps for the tour.

A bit problematic
Missed getting off at the first stop. As a customer unfamiliar with riding the train, it might have been better to know we had to exit it quickly so to be up and close. Fortunately, a train was going back to the place we missed and we hopped on and met our guide who was looking for us. Also missed meeting up at the end of the third stop. Was told to meet on platform 3. We were on platform 3 but apparently in the wrong place. I suggest it may be better to pick a landmark to meet and then walk to the train. We didn't care about missing the last stop.
