The most AMAZING experience!!! This excursion was just what the doctor ordered. From payment to follow up, it was nothing short of great hospitality. The owner stopped at my hotel to allow me to pay as I didn’t have any cash. The fact that he went out of his way spoke volume. His wife was so nice and has the cutest dogs. I like the fact that he assured me who would be picking me up and let me take a pic of the license plate. That made me feel safe as I normally book through Get Your Guide. Bright and early Joshau picked me up from the hotel. It was a two hour drive to the farm located in San Francisco. It was nice drive with great scenery. He even stopped so I could get a photo. The farm was incredible. Our host was so knowledgeable and informative. Joshau translated for me. We learned about different types of plants, flowers, fruits and vegetables. What loved about it was he didn’t just tell you about it, he had you experience it. We ate all types of fruits and I even ate an ant! We smelt different types of herbs and got knowledge on natural remedies. We learned about cacao and made our own chocolate bars. Breakfast and lunch was included. Soooooooo freaking good. Our lunch was served wrapped in two big leaves. It was gooood. Now my favorite part of the day was the exfoliation with cacao at the water falls. It was AN EXPERIENCE! The water was so relaxing, and that waterfall…breathtaking! I jumped off of it. We spent about an hour at the falls then headed back to the city. This day will forever be in my memories.
