Awesome day trip for our family
We had a fab day with our Guide Eddy and driver Omar. Eddie was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed finding out the history of Chichen Itza. It was great to get there early and avoid the crowds. The next stop was cenote Oxman which was so beautiful. We were able to spend as long as we liked here. Lunch was delicious and me enjoyed exploring the colonial town of Valladolid. We were very well looked after and really enjoyed our private tour.

Two tours: Tulum/Kaan Luum/Tak-Bi-Ha and Chichen Itza/Oxman/Valladolid
Our family had a truly wonderful experience with Absolute Adventure on two private tours during our trip. Arturo was our guide both days, and Omar Enrique and Rodrigo were our drivers. From the start, everyone made us feel comfortable, well cared for, and excited for each adventure. On our first tour, we visited the Tulum Ruins, Kaan Luum Lagoon, and Tak-Bi-Ha Cenote. Arturo brought the history of the Mayan culture to life in such an engaging way, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the day. Exploring the cenote with his guidance was a highlight for our family, and the entire experience felt personal, relaxed, and memorable. Our second tour to Chichen Itza, Oxman Cenote, and Valladolid was just as special. We loved arriving early, learning more about the area, swimming in the beautiful cenote, enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, and ending the day downtown with paletas and ice cream. Every part of the itinerary felt thoughtfully planned and easy for our family to enjoy. If you are considering a private excursion, we highly recommend it. The personalized experience made such a difference and gave our family memories we will always cherish. Thank you, Arturo, Omar Enrique, and Rodrigo—we truly appreciate your kindness, professionalism, and care!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review of your private tours. We’re delighted your family felt comfortable and well cared for throughout both days. It means a lot to our team, and we hope to welcome you again!

Why this scores 75
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Chichen Itza Private Tour with Cenote Oxman – All-Inclusive: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does Chichen Itza Private Tour with Cenote Oxman – All-Inclusive cost?
+
Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Chichen Itza Private Tour with Cenote Oxman – All-Inclusive take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is Chichen Itza Private Tour with Cenote Oxman – All-Inclusive worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 28 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Chichen Itza Private Tour with Cenote Oxman – All-Inclusive?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Chichen Itza Private Tour with Cenote Oxman – All-Inclusive suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Chichen Itza Private Tour with Cenote Oxman – All-Inclusive?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Chichen Itza Private Tour with Cenote Oxman – All-Inclusive start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
