Introduced from Chongqing, Chengdu hotpot has its own style ranging from simple spicy to moderate, three or four kinds of spices, as well as fish head hotpot, medical herbs hotpot, etc. The ingredients for hot pots of different styles are mainly beef, mutton, seafood and vegetables. You will enjoy your dinner in the restaurant where the locals go, you can observe how the locals eat, laugh, drink and more. Your tour guide will explain about the Chinese cuisine, how to order and enjoy the hot pot. Afterwards, Choose to spend 1 hour to explore Kuanzhai Alley or Jinli Street for a leisure walk. Kuanzhai Alley which is a popular entertainment and nightlife block, with traditional Chinese style buildings, Follow your tour guide, explore the area and get to know Chengdu's folk culture, local life.
