Amazing interactive experience in Champagne
What a fantastic experience! Our guide was just lovely and had a great sense of humour, and we loved learning all about how champagne is made with a cellar tour and tasting. The cherry on the top was getting to be part of the process and making our own bottle of champagne which we could take home. Such a great start to our holiday in Champagne. Highly recommended!
Response from the operator: and what a fantastic feedback ! Glad to read you loved the full experience. Enjoy yor trip in Champagne, Helene

The highlight of our holiday - Lamiable
This was the highlight of a lovely two week vacation in the Champagne area. Our guide, Helene, was superb, at least trilingual (Fr/En/German) and very patient and knowledgeable. We arrived 4 days after the last grapes of the season had been pressed and the first fermentation was underway. This is a small, family run operation, with their own vineyards, press, cellars and bottling. The cellars were hand dug and store 180,000 bottles. They produce 55,000 bottles/year and their champagne is magnificent. Totally worth the experience and we would highly recommend to anyone. It is in Tours du Marne, a small village, and you’ll need a car to get there as public transit is minimal. Utterly charming.
Response from the operator: Many thanks for your feedback Caroline, I was glad you were my first disgorging workshop after the harvest end. Best Regards, Helene

Best hands on tour in the Champagne region
My husband and I found Our morning at Lamiable the highlight of our trip to the Champagne region. Our guide and the owners were very hospitable and took their time teaching us about their family winery, the process of champagne making and tasting. We had fun learning how to disgorge the dead yeast, cork, cage , and label our own Demi bottle.Loved the hands on experience of champagne making.
Response from the operator: Hi Deborah, I'm really glad to read your feedback :-) Real Champagne life is always the best way to appreciate even more our local beverage. REgards from Champagne, Helene

Best Champagne Tour 2023
Helene was our guide. She knew everything about champagne! We started in the cellars, learning the chemistry. Then had a tasting of 3 champagnes. Then went to the distillery and bottling to learn about the pressing and first firmentation. We bottled our own choice of champagne, labels personalised with our name!!! And then tasted one more. We chose to buy some bottles and little stoppers/magnets/bags. (But that was our choice - no hard-selling!) Family run. 100% recommend. Someone even brought their dog on the whole tour - it was extremely welcoming. Fantastic value. I would tell friends and family to go here - other houses don't let you bottle your own champagne!!!
Response from the operator: Hi Samantha, Imogen and John, Many thanks for your incredible feedback. I'm really glad you enjoyed the experience. And of course I'll welcome your famille and friends with pleasure, Helene

Champagne Lamiable: Make your own Champage bottle !: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Reims.
How much does Champagne Lamiable: Make your own Champage bottle ! cost?
+
Prices start at $91 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Reims usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Champagne Lamiable: Make your own Champage bottle ! take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Reims is not rushed.
Is Champagne Lamiable: Make your own Champage bottle ! worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 21 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Reims, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Champagne Lamiable: Make your own Champage bottle !?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Champagne Lamiable: Make your own Champage bottle ! suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Champagne Lamiable: Make your own Champage bottle !?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Reims can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Reims and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Champagne Lamiable: Make your own Champage bottle ! start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Reims within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Reims?
+
On Outty we rank every Reims experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Small Group - Full Day Champagne Tour 3 Small Champagne Growers, Small Group - Half Day Champagne Tour - Visit of 2 Small Producers/Growers, Reims or Epernay: Full day Champagne Mumm, family grower & lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Reims?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Reims?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
