Amazing from start to finish!
Our experience with Daniela was absolutely wonderful! She welcomed us into her home and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The experience was warm, personal, and full of delicious food and genuine hospitality. Our daughter especially loved playing with Daniela’s cats, which made the visit even more special. We left with happy hearts, full bellies, and beautiful memories of our time in La Spezia. This was such a lovely way to experience Italian culture, and we highly recommend Daniela to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent Experience!
Excellent experience. Daniela was a great host with exceptional cooking skills. We were treated like old friends having a fun night of cooking, eating and chatting. Would highly recommend.

Excellent pasta making experience in private Italian bome
We made homemade ravioli and tagliatelle, tiramisu with Giulia in her home. She was an excellent teacher and we enjoyed learning some new skills from an authentic Italian chef. We enjoyed a delicious lunch of spinach ravioli, tagliatelle with fresh homemade pesto, delightful sourdough bread with pesto and tomatoes and wine! Highly recommend this experience! Take home some new skills to share with friends and family!

Authentic cooking experience
We had a fantastic experience with Daniela in her own home. We learnt to make pasta dough then 3 different recipes. She provided snacks and drinks throughout and we sat and ate on her beautiful terrace where she grows the herbs and vegetables we used to cook with. This was a very authentic pleasure. Dani and her husband were a delight and very hospitable. Thoroughly recommended!

How far in advance should I book Cesarine: Private Pasta Class at Local's Home in La Spezia?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit La Spezia?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in La Spezia?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
