All around great excursion and great team.

I had the pleasure of taking part in a tour with Santi – Turtles & Beach Club, and I can only say that it was a great experience! The organization of the tour was excellent, and the entire group was incredibly nice. Our first destination was the beach in Akumal, where we could observe numerous turtles, different fish species and even a ray while snorkeling. It was an unforgettable experience to get so close to these fascinating marine animals. Afterwards we went to a lagoon for our second snorkeling trip. Again, the underwater world and the tranquility of the lagoon were impressive. After snorkeling, the tour took us to a beautiful beach bar, perfect for relaxing. Of course, there was also something to drink and eat here, which rounded off the day perfectly. A special thanks goes to Michaela for her great care and to our driver David who took us safely from one place to another. Overall, it was an all-round great outing with a great team. I can highly recommend this tour!

    Limited experience in June

This trip is definitely not worth the money in June. Because of the intermittent rain, we did not see turtles, but we were also were not allowed to cancel. We were not told we were not going to see turtles until we had already left. We drove around for over two hours, picking up other people before we arrived at our destination which was only about 40 minutes away from our hotel. For snorkeling, the water was murky, and the fish were not vibrant or exotic. The lunch was not remarkable in anyway. Our tour guide was the last one to be picked up and the first one to be dropped off. He encourages us to and the tour early. I hope this review will help other people save money and time!

Response from the operator: Hola thank you so much for the review, unfortunately you put your comment here but this excursion was not part of my services so as you understand I don't have the possibility of giving you an answer or even do something for you because I don't have a booking for this trip, I mean not with me. Very sad that you had that experience and yes weather it's really bad you should have the opportunity to move or cancel but as I repeat it's not reservation and nothing I can do in this case. Thank you so much and have an excellent day
