Order paid, confirmed, AND CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE!
4 tickets reserved and paid for via the CheckYeti platform in May for 12/08/26, and I received the confirmation. A week later, I contacted customer service for additional information about the outing, and there, I received only the response "sorry, we are full." I specify that I had already purchased my tickets, and then I received an email canceling my order. That's it, without further explanation! Really unacceptable and not professional at all!

Catamaran tour at sunset Very nice Perfect team However I do not put 5 stars because I found the bathing spot uninteresting, to see to propose maybe masks and snorkel to better enjoy? Also the buffet is a bit light.

Great cruise but confirm the Pickup / drop off point!
The cruise is great! I highly recommend the sunset cruise for the views, crew and the food. The time flew by more quickly than expected as we were having such a good experience. However.... TRIPADVISOR needs to fix the meeting point information! It was very confusing and went to 2 different locations based on Tripadvisor info before calling Oasis. By the time we had the correct location it was over a 30 min walk away and just made it to the boat in time! Tripadvisor also does not make it easy to see the tour company so finding this information was more difficult than it needs to be.
