Wrong description in the...
Wrong description in the advertisement. Not a tour, simply a driver (but he was very nice). He did not know we were scheduled for Jewish Heritage and tour lasted 3 hours, when it was scheduled for 5-7 hours.

Very Disappointing
We were very disappointed with this tour. The tour began 1 hour and 45 minutes after the scheduled start time after the operator contacted us stating it would start 45 minutes late. The driver had very little knowledge about Jewish history but took us to the synogogue. He did a terrific job doing his best to give us a comprehensive tour of the city with a lot of discussion of general history and other information which changed our rating from 1 to 2 stars. He salvaged this tour but it CLEARLY was not a Jewish History Tour. The Jewish Museum was closed (which we knew in advance), so we went to some other key areas in the city and ended the tour in a little over 2 hours. Also, the driver was flexible in taking us back to a different hotel as we were changing hotels that day. In all fairness, we discussed this issue with Viator and they refunded the cost of this tour to us.

Absolutely appalling
Do not book with this company under any circumstances. They accepted the booking and did not show up. They don’t answer my call and o my when my hotel called them and spoke to them in Arabic did they answer and then prevaricated about there being no booking, needing WhatsApp confirmations etc. the owner then hung up on me
Response from the operator: Thank you for your review, which sadly reveals much more about your own bitterness and lack of respect than about our company or the reality of our work. From the start, your behavior was aggressive, impatient, and dismissive. It is clear that you approached this interaction with a negative attitude and a determination to find fault, regardless of any explanation or facts provided. We do not and will never tolerate hostility and entitlement. You have demonstrated a level of disrespect and resentment that is simply unacceptable. We have no interest in working with clients who come with preconceived hatred and show no courtesy or basic decency. We are proud to serve real travelers who appreciate integrity, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Your words will have no impact other than to strengthen our resolve to continue working with guests who know how to treat people with respect. We sincerely wish you find more peace and less bitterness in your future experiences. ( by respect I will not share our conversation on WhatsApp )

A Waste of money
Such a waste of money. ☹️ it really only included a driver. You could just rent a cab for the day. Nothing is included. Had to pay entrance to every place we went. Not the driver wasn’t nice, he just had no knowledge of the subject. Viator confirmed a port pick up in writing but because they are not licensed, couldn’t come into the port.
Response from the operator: Dear Paula Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that our company is fully licensed by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism and operates with all the official permits required by law. Regarding the port pick-up: we are authorized to access the port, and in many cases, we do enter. However, depending on cruise line procedures and port security rules, passengers are sometimes transported by shuttle to an external meeting point. This is a regulation we must follow when in place, and it is not related to our licensing. Concerning the service: the tour you booked clearly states that entrance fees are not included and that it is a private transport service with a driver, not a licensed tour guide. That said, our drivers are highly experienced and very knowledgeable about the cities and regions they cover — including this one. They often provide valuable local insights, and we’ve received many positive reviews highlighting their professionalism and friendliness. Your feedback is important to us, but we also want to note that this is the first time we’ve received a complaint of this nature for this tour. We understand if you wish to contact Viator, but we assure you that we delivered the service as described. Sincerely, Laaziz Manger

Tour of Casablanca including the history and sites of Jewish interest
All the arrangements worked perfectly. Our guide Laaziz was waiting for us at the port and checked to make sure the itinerary was ok with us. He showed us all the sites of Casablanca including the magnificent mosque and the Jewish Museum. He related the Jewish history of Morocco and was able to answer all our questions. He and his driver were charming, efficient and made sure we had a really enjoyable tour. We would highly recommend this

Casablanca Private Day Sightseeing with Jewish Heritage Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Casablanca.
How much does Casablanca Private Day Sightseeing with Jewish Heritage Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $160 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Casablanca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Casablanca Private Day Sightseeing with Jewish Heritage Tour take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Casablanca is not rushed.
Is Casablanca Private Day Sightseeing with Jewish Heritage Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 45 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Casablanca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Casablanca Private Day Sightseeing with Jewish Heritage Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Casablanca Private Day Sightseeing with Jewish Heritage Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Casablanca Private Day Sightseeing with Jewish Heritage Tour?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Casablanca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Casablanca and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Casablanca Private Day Sightseeing with Jewish Heritage Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Casablanca within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Casablanca?
+
On Outty we rank every Casablanca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Casablanca Hassan II Mosque and City Highlights Tour, Casablanca Half-day Guided Tour with Hassan II mosque ticket, Private Guided Tour of Casablanca Including Mosque Entrance. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Casablanca?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Casablanca?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
