This tour was an incredible experience from start to finish! Visiting the olive oil factory was fascinating, and the tasting was a great introduction to the region’s traditions. The three wineries each had their own unique charm, excellent wines, and knowledgeable hosts. The scenery was beautiful, the pace was perfect, and the guide made the day both informative and fun. Horrible Experience
We booked the Casa Vigil (El Enemigo) + 2 wineries + olive oil farm tour, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, our tour guide picked us up but never explained the itinerary. We had to keep asking where we were going because he did not provide any information during the drive between locations. The most disappointing part of the tour was our experience at Casa Vigil and Bodega Séptima. The staff responsible for the tours were rude, and we felt that we were treated differently from other visitors. We paid for this tour, yet no one clearly explained what was included or what we should expect. The lack of communication and customer service made the experience very frustrating. On the other hand, our visit to Norton Winery was excellent. The staff was welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tour, learned a lot about the winery and the winemaking process, and felt genuinely appreciated as guests. Their outstanding service is the reason I am writing this review. It is unfair for Norton to be associated with the negative experiences we had at the other locations and suffer the consequences of a poorly organized tour. I hope the tour operator improves communication, organization, and customer service so future visitors can have a better experience.

Very pleasant experience
Our guide Nicolás was very punctual and helpful. He is very knowledgeable of the region and its wineries. He took us to three of them, each with its unique charm and history. We were very satisfied.

Operator doesn't communicate. Lunch is an overpriced extra expenditure for mediocre food. Wineries themselves are great.
The wineries themselves, i.e. Casa Vigil, Norton and Séptima, are great 5* places to visit. The olive factory tour was interesting enough with the ultimate goal of selling you some olive-based products. No complaints about the van and its driver. However, I'm reviewing the tour operator Big Trip Tourism, which could have done a much better job in terms of communication about pickup and (mandatory) extra expenditure for lunch. The pickup time was never confirmed, yet the driver arrived 10 minutes early so I had to rush out of my room and then I was forced to wait for 45 minutes in the van at the next, the 2nd, pickup point. The driver also had no clue what to do other than wait as there was no communication with the operator. Ultimately, 10 other guests were kept waiting for more than an hour. Furthermore, the guide was friendly and did her best but had to use Google Translate for communicating in English despite what was stated in the description. Finally, despited the listed 'sample menu', the lunch is not included in the trip price and was kind of mandatory as there were no other options available. Better to bring your own lunch as what was offered was definitely overpriced for what we received. It felt like a rip-off with mediocre food at best accompanied by sub-standard no-label wines. The contrast with the other wines couldn't have been bigger. At best, consider this tour to be a taxi service between some of the best wineries, bring your own lunch and spend the money on some of the amazing wines at the wineries visited.
