Casa Tortuga Tulum 4 Cenotes Guided with Transportation Included

Outstanding service!!! Highly recommended

In September 2026, my partner and I were traveling in Tulum and looking for a spontaneous tour for the following day. I messaged them in the evening and immediately received friendly and helpful service, along with a variety of tour options to choose from. We went to Casa Tortuga, and later decided to book another tour through them to Sian Ka’an Lagoon, which was absolutely breathtaking. I would also like to highlight the exceptional service we received on the morning of the tour. Due to a misunderstanding, I needed to make a last-minute change to our transportation arrangements. The service was incredibly patient and accommodating, and they resolved the issue for us immediately.

Informative and Adventurous First Time Cenote Tour!

The tour operator, Lucas, was so accommodating, informative, and communicative! We reached him through Whatsapp, and there he was able to answer all of my questions. We were picked up from the resort in an air conditioned van and rode with a group of about 10 other people going on the tour. For the tour itself, I would recommend bringing water shoes and a waterproof case. Upon arrival however, there was a shop for anyone to purchase those items if they needed. We were then led to lockers, where we were able to leave any additional belongings. The locker rental was 100 pesos and was big enough to fit both mine and my boyfriend's things. We were then led in a group, and on foot to 5 different cenotes. We were able to zipline into one of the cenotes, and jump into the others from up to 16 feet! There were also stairs/walk-in options for less daring guests, although, our tour guide encouraged everyone to jump! The cenotes were a one-of-a-kind experience, and Casa Tortuga makes sure to take care of and inform guests of the environmental importance of them. I would recommend this experience for able-bodied individuals as there is a bit of rocky terrain to walk to each cenote. Don't worry about not speaking Spanish either, our tour guide spoke to everyone in both English and Spanish. I would also definitely recommend this experience for families. Overall, it felt like a safe and fun group experience.

Great time in crystal-clear cenotes

The tour to the 5 cenotes of Casa Tortuga was really nice. The cenotes are impressive and the water is crystal clear. Our guide was top-notch! On site, they recommend water shoes, as the stones are sometimes slippery and sharp. But it is also possible without water shoes! Unfortunately, we had to wait about 20 min for our driver at the hotel. On the way back, however, he was on time.

An unforgettable experience in the cenotes of Tulum

During our vacation in Tulum we had the opportunity to take this excursion to the 4 cenotes of Casa Tortuga and it was a spectacular experience. Everything was perfectly organized, from the transportation to the guided tour. The cenotes are impressive, each one with its own beauty and unique characteristics. Our guide was very kind, professional, and shared very interesting information about the history and nature of the area, making the experience even more special. The transportation was punctual and comfortable, and we felt well taken care of at all times. The value for money is excellent and the excursion exceeded our expectations. We recommend this activity to anyone visiting Tulum who wants to see some of the most beautiful cenotes in the Riviera Maya. We would definitely do it again. An experience we will remember for a long time!

Fabulous Cenotes Experience

Virginia and Lucas helped me plan 2 incredible days for my large group of girls for my 40th birthday celebration. They were fun, friendly and very welcoming. Everything was easy and seamless. They were very communicative and timely with responses via WhatsApp during the planning process. I would definitely book with them again should my travels bring me back to Mexico.
