I would give this a zero...
I would give this a zero if possible. The tour operator didn’t provide a correct meeting place and we never had the tour. I tried to contact the operator multiple ways— phone, text, what’s app, and via Viator messaging. I called Viator and they could not reach them either. To make matters worse, we spent 40 euros on Ubers travelling to two different starting locations that showed in the tour confirmation email and a notification that I received .
