These Guys were GREAT!
After another tour operator cancelled our tour at the last minutes, Mike with Adrift Adventures was able to get us a morning tour of Canyonlands National Park on VERY short notice. Bonuse: the price was better than the tour that cancelled! Mark was our tourguide and he was exceptionally skilled and knowledgable. He is very passionate about the park and the surrounding area. He also showed us the REAL location where Thelma and Louise drove their car into the "Grand Canyon" and you could definitely visualize the scene! The jeep used for the tour was newish, clean and well appointed. Mark was prompt and the tour was a great success. Mark and Mike were easy to work with and I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND using them for your Moab adventures.
Response from the operator: Thanks for the nice review!

A Personal Touch
We had an outstanding experience with Adrift Adventures in Moab touring Dead Horse Point State Park and Canyonlands National Park. The scenery alone was spectacular, but what made the day truly memorable was our guide, Jerry. Jerry was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about the area. He didn't just point out the sights—he brought the landscape to life with fascinating explanations about the geology, how the canyons were formed, and the history behind Dead Horse Point. What I especially appreciated was hearing the local perspective and stories that you simply wouldn't get by driving through the parks on your own. Jerry was engaging, patient, and always willing to answer questions. His knowledge of the region added tremendous value to the tour and gave us a much deeper appreciation for the incredible beauty and history of southeastern Utah. If you're visiting Moab and considering a guided tour, I highly recommend Adrift Adventures, and if you're lucky enough to get Jerry as your guide, you're in for a fantastic day. This was one of the highlights of our entire western road trip. Thank you, Jerry, for an unforgettable adventure! — Mickey and Sandy

Canyonlands off road - great fun! Mark was great.
Mark was amazing. He was entertaining and knowledgeable. He was also careful to point out the National Park rules and etiquette. We booked here based on their fairly complete website and ease of contact. The reviews were all good. We were not disappointed.

An Amazing Tour
Our half day trip with Adrift Adventures was wonderful! Roz, our guide, was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The time flew by and all too quickly it was time to leave this amazing natural wonder. My husband and I both highly recommend.

Why this scores 62
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Canyonlands National Park Morning or Afternoon Van Tours: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Moab.
How much does Canyonlands National Park Morning or Afternoon Van Tours cost?
+
Prices start at $210 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Moab usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Canyonlands National Park Morning or Afternoon Van Tours take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Moab is not rushed.
Is Canyonlands National Park Morning or Afternoon Van Tours worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Moab, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Canyonlands National Park Morning or Afternoon Van Tours?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Canyonlands National Park Morning or Afternoon Van Tours suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Canyonlands National Park Morning or Afternoon Van Tours?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Moab can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Moab and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Canyonlands National Park Morning or Afternoon Van Tours start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Moab within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Moab?
+
Moab is the gateway to Arches and Canyonlands: sunrise arch tours, 4x4 runs on Hell's Revenge, Colorado River rafting, canyoneering and dark-sky stargazing. Park entry timing systems change often, so we weight tours that handle reservations for you. On Outty we rank every Moab experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include HIGHLY RATED U-DRIVE Moab Hell’s Revenge UTV Off-Road Adventure, BEST! Hell's Revenge U-Drive 4X4 Tour in Moab +Dinosaur Tracks!, 5-STAR Moab Hell's Revenge UTV U-DRIVE TOUR + DINO TRACKS. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Moab?
+
April to May and September to October, avoiding peak summer heat. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Moab?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
