As advertised. Fun in the jungle.
Very good experience. Overall very happy and our guide David was awesome. Pick up from the resort was on time, although after paying for our excursion we were told to pay an additional 20 USD for transport. So be prepared for that. 3 zip lines. Very safe. Very fast. ATVs were good and operated perfect. Cenotes were the best part! Zip lines into the water and a cliff jump section (45 feet). Tequila tasting was 5 shots. Blanco, Reposado, Anejo, Coconut, Coffee. It was in a little room with no AC so honestly, pretty darn uncomfortable. But delicious. They do try to sell you photos ($79) but we brought a GoPro on the ATVs and you CAN bring your phones to the cenotes which was awesome. Lunch was two fish tacos that were honestly a 2/10 but hey, free food. Other snacks can be purchased as well. No water bottles provided, only very small paper cups which you are allowed one of. Fire show was cool. Overall, as advertised. Fun for all ages.

Great activities, but expect upsells and extra costs
The trip itself was well organized, from the hotel pickup through the activities to the drop-off. But be careful: although the listing says "lunch provided," we were told on site that this meant only a small Mayan snack, and that food and even soft drinks required upgrading the package. I showed my Viator voucher stating lunch was included, and it was ignored. We ended up paying an extra $50 per person for the VIP group, which felt like a hard sell. The activities • Ziplines: Amazing. Multiple ziplines plus an adventure course. • Cenote: Also amazing. Cool, clear, deep blue water. Life jackets are mandatory. • ATVs: Not that impressive. You ride single file up and down one route. • "Jungle ride" (VIP): This is just the transport to the cenote. • Tequila tasting: A waste of time for non-drinkers, and followed by another hard sell. The food The VIP lunch was good: four types of tacos (veg, fish, chicken, pork). You order before entering the cenote so they're ready when you come out. However, the VIP package is advertised as including all food and drinks, and that wasn't true either. At every bar except the one near the cenote, we were told soft drinks were not included.

Fun half day adventure!
We were picked up directly from our resort and drove about 45mins-1hr to the park. Went through a quick check in, and was taken to our groups guide. We were able to store our personal items in a locker for $10, but that was just a deposit. The money was returned at the end when we gave back our keys. We had a blast zip-lining, and with the ATVs. The path for the ATVs was a bit rocky, but it made it a fun experience. Our guide Marlo was a lot of fun through out it all. Kept the jokes and the smiles going. The cenote was our favorite part! A quick bus ride down the street, then we were zip lining and jumping into the cool, clear water. 2 tacos were provided during the lunch, with other drinks and food for purchase. There was also a quick tequila tasting, where we actually learned a lot! We had a great time on this adventure and would recommend!
