Great way to spend a few hours in Majorca.

Great experience, well organised and friendly staff. Group was large but split into two which felt manageable. Timing was great, doesn't take the whole day. Highly recommend for people who want a water based activity.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much! 😊 We’re delighted you enjoyed our well-organised Cala Varques kayak tour and friendly guides. A perfect water adventure in Mallorca without taking up the whole day! 🛶🌊🤿

    A 3-hour mini-adventure for the whole family

My 12-year-old daughter and I had a fantastic time! The organizers took care of absolutely everything, from proper shoes and gear to snacks and water. It felt like a perfect 3-hour mini-adventure, combining kayaking with a bit of hiking and snorkeling. A huge plus is that if you get tired or simply don't feel like paddling anymore, a motorboat is right there to tow you. Highly recommended!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much! 😊 We’re delighted you and your daughter enjoyed this 3-hour Cala Varques adventure with kayaking, hiking and snorkelling. Thank you for recommending us! 🛶🌊🤿

    Kayak/snorkel/hike

Good overall experience but there was no mention of the short hike required for part of the tour in the Viator description or the description on the main website. We had no issue with completing the hike and the guides offered alternative footwear for the other participants who only had water shoes or flip flops but it seemed odd not to include in the itinerary just in case it wouldn't be viable for guests with mobility issues. The guides were kind and offered assistance to our fellow participants with any issue (difficulty padding, getting on the kayaks in the water, figuring out the best spot to jump off a cliff into the water, etc).

Response from the operator: Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! 😊 We’re glad you enjoyed the Cala Varques kayak tour and felt supported by our guides.

    Super amazing nature experience!!

The guides were super kind, they spoke multiple languages making it easy for many to understand and clearly care for the environment. The views were stunning and the variety of activities in the short amount of time was amazing. Only note is that we wish they would have been more explicit of when the snorkelling took place as it's a short time and not in the caves. Overall it was fantastic and would recommend to anyone that's hoping to experience the beauty of Mallorca. Bring your A game for the kayaking.

Response from the operator: Thank you! 😊 We’re delighted you enjoyed our multilingual guides, varied activities and the stunning scenery on the Cala Varques kayak tour. Thanks for recommending this Mallorca adventure! 🛶🌊🤿

Cala Varques: Guided kayak Sea caves expedition & snorkeling: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mallorca.

How much does Cala Varques: Guided kayak Sea caves expedition & snorkeling cost?

    +

Prices start at $77 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mallorca usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cala Varques: Guided kayak Sea caves expedition & snorkeling take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mallorca is not rushed.

Is Cala Varques: Guided kayak Sea caves expedition & snorkeling worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 75 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 48 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mallorca, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cala Varques: Guided kayak Sea caves expedition & snorkeling?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cala Varques: Guided kayak Sea caves expedition & snorkeling suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Cala Varques: Guided kayak Sea caves expedition & snorkeling?

    +

Around 17 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mallorca can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mallorca and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cala Varques: Guided kayak Sea caves expedition & snorkeling start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mallorca within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Mallorca?

    +

On Outty we rank every Mallorca experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mallorca Full Day Tour Valldemossa Deià and Sóller Experience, Best Mallorca Coves: Paddle Surf, Snorkeling and Guide, 3 Hours E-Bike Tour in Palma. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Mallorca?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Mallorca?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
