Buggy 4 Fun in Cala Millor offers excursions to the most beautiful destinations in Mallorca. Since 2013 Pushing strollers and planting trees—with the organization Plant for the Planet A guided tour with our buggies is a special experience. Our motto is “Meet friends and have fun.” Our three tours (one with a swimming stop) are sightseeing tours combined with lots of fun. We do not drive off-road or race. We drive to the most beautiful destinations on the east and north coasts of Mallorca, where we have outstanding views of bays, the sea, and the island of Mallorca. Thanks to the design of our very comfortable buggies (manual transmission + open design without a windshield), we not only see the island, but we can also smell and taste it. You will love this trip with us, and it will be the highlight of your vacation. Thanks to our own mechanic, you are always safe on the road, as we check and maintain our vehicles daily.

Don’t book if you’re coming in on a cruise ship. Too far
Don’t book this activity if you are coming in on a cruise ship. It is on the other side of the island. I contacted the company 45 minutes shy of 24 hours notice ticket to cancel but they ignored me. I even contacted Viator directly and they called the company and they flat out told them no refund. It would have cost $400 to get there and back and with a company that has zero flexibility.
Response from the operator: However, we would like to point out that Viator, TripAdvisor, and our own website clearly state that this tour is not recommended for cruise ship passengers. We provide this information deliberately and transparently so that every guest can understand before booking whether the tour is suitable for their schedule and individual circumstances. These notices are there for an important reason, not simply as a formality. We are sorry that this information was apparently overlooked before booking. However, we do not believe it is fair to hold us responsible afterward for an issue that we clearly and repeatedly communicated in advance.

Great experience and excellent customer service
Great experience and excellent customer service We booked two buggies for our family and had a really enjoyable time overall. The route was great fun and a brilliant way to see a different side of Mallorca. Unfortunately, towards the end of the tour, one of the buggies developed a gearbox problem, which meant my wife and daughter had to complete the final part of the trip in the guide’s car. These things can happen with mechanical vehicles, so we completely understood. What really impressed me was how Buggy 4 Fun dealt with it afterwards. I contacted them simply to explain what had happened, and Christian responded very quickly and kindly offered us a partial refund without us asking for any compensation. It was a really nice gesture and showed excellent customer service. We had a great time overall and I’d happily recommend Buggy 4 Fun to anyone looking for something fun and a bit different to do while in Mallorca. Would definitely use them again.

Fun, but expensive, NO offroading!
We did the 'Buggy 3 - mountain' four hour tour. The company was very professional and all were ready to leave on time, which we liked. We diidnt like. having to pay an extra £35 for insurance, after we'd already paid over £150, so nearly £200 in total! It's got to cost them more to drive us in two separate buggies, than us drive ourselves in one, so that left a bad taste and made us feel a bit ripped off. Our guide was *great*, had lots of cold water for us, was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the climb up to Santuari de Santuari Salvador, but apart from that we were just on normal roads, which was pretty dull. The buggies are pretty basic and have very basic seating, steering and brakes, so didn't always feel as safe at speed as we would have liked. The worst bit was spending our last 20 minutes queueing in a petrol station to help the company refuel the buggies for their next trip! After seeing our guide carefully refuelling with the petrol nozzle and visible fumes directly above a hot engine whilst people were strapped into the buggy I got out while he refuelled as it's a horrible disaster waiting to happen. One slip, one drip and the whole buggy could go up in flames with people strapped inside, so PLEASE get out of they do the same when you're driving.

The tour description also clearly explains that this is a scenic road tour and not an off-road experience. We therefore strongly recommend reading the full tour details before booking to make sure the experience matches your expectations. Regarding the vehicles, these are buggies, not cars, and their steering, braking and driving characteristics are naturally different. The seats were replaced before the current season with high-quality Porsche seats, which are both expensive and designed for comfort. For this reason, we cannot fully understand the criticism regarding the seating. Refuelling is part of operating buggy tours and has been carried out by our experienced team for 13 years. Nevertheless, we take all safety-related comments seriously and continuously review our procedures. We are sorry that the experience did not fully meet your expectations, but we appreciate that you chose to tour with us and thank you for your visit.
