Rode a horse around the pyramids
I took the flight tour solo and I was impressed by the organization. Everything was seamless. Youssef met me with a sign and a bottle of water. We went to GEM and I saw the hanging obelisk. It is suspended in mid air. The admission fee was 128 usd. The length of visit was two hours and five minutes. The atmosphere was innovative and modern. The crowd size was moderate but the hall is huge. The staff at the museum were proud to show off the building. Youssef told me the building cost billions. Then we went to the pyramids and I rode a horse around the site. The horse was gentle. Yasser called to confirm my return. The best for solo travelers is the seamless logistics. I did not have to worry about anything. The flight back was on time and I was home early. I recommend this to anyone who hates driving.

Great tour guide, admin must try harder:
A real mixed bag and difficult to give an overall score. Our guide, Radwa, was amazing and fully deserves 5 stars. She was extremely knowledgeable, funny and a lovely person to spend the day with. What let the experience down was the administration led by Mr Hassan: His communication was abrupt and a little dismissive when questions were asked. We were booked on a midnight flight home on the basis the 9pm flight would make the day more rushed. In the end we ended up having to book and pay for an extra walking tour to fill up the spare time and still get to the airport 3 hours before our flight was due. We were also asked to hand carry a card machine on the flight for Mr Hassan which we weren’t comfortable with and refused. My advice to improve the tour, forget the perfume shops, souvenir shops and other shops that tourists really don’t want to go to and focus on the pyramids, GEM, and a walking tour with a flight home late evening. Radwa 5 stars, Mr Hassan 2 stars.

We are completely understand that you are absolutely right and we will do our best to update our services and will arrange the earlier flight back from Cairo to Hurghada instead of the late flight that you had to make sure that our future clients will be more comfortable and happy. We arranged the later flight back then no rush in the itinerary but we will listen carefully at your opinion and do the early flight next time. About the boarding passes we already sent it to you about 5 hours before the take off time which is helpful enough in the domestic flights in Egypt. Hopefully to see you in another adventure in Egypt with better feedback . Thanks
