1. El-moez Street

   Pick up from the requested location hotel or private accommodation your tour guide will start your journey across cairo heading to Al-Muizz Street (El Moez Street), Cairo is one of the oldest and most famous streets in Egypt. It was established in 969 AD when the Fatimid dynasty founded Cairo. The street is named after the Fatimid Caliph Al-Mu'izz li-Din Allah, who founded the city. It is often called the world's largest open-air museum of Islamic architecture because it contains a remarkable collection of mosques, madrasas, palaces, houses, fountains, and gates dating from the 10th to the 19th centuries. The historic district of Cairo, including Al-Muizz Street, is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Some of the most important landmarks include: Bab al-Futuh – the northern gate of old Cairo. The Qalawun Complex – a mosque, madrasa, hospital, and mausoleum from the Mamluk period. Sultan Barquq Mosque and Madrasa – one of the finest examples of Mamluk architecture.

2. Khan Al-Khalili Bazaar

   Khan el-Khalili is one of Cairo's oldest and most famous markets. Founded in the 14th century, it is known for its narrow streets, traditional shops, handmade crafts, jewelry, spices, perfumes, and souvenirs. The bazaar is a popular destination for both tourists and locals, offering a lively atmosphere and a glimpse into Egypt's rich history and culture. Then you will visit one of the highlights of cairo which is El Fishawy Café is one of the oldest and most famous cafés in Cairo. Established in 1797 in the historic Khan el-Khalili market, it has been run by the same family for generations. The café is known for its traditional Egyptian tea, Turkish coffee, shisha, antique décor, and lively atmosphere. It has welcomed many famous visitors, including Nobel Prize-winning writer Naguib Mahfouz, making it an important cultural landmark in Egypt.

   By the end of our tour arrond el Moez Street and khan Elkhalili bazar we will move directly to enjoy your Egyptian traditional dinner like Egyptian favorites such as shawarma, koshari, and falafel, here are some other popular Egyptian dinner dishes: • Shawarma – Thinly sliced beef or chicken served in pita or with rice. • Koshari – A filling mix of rice, lentils, pasta, chickpeas, tomato sauce, and crispy onions. • Ta'ameya (Egyptian falafel) – Made from fava beans instead of chickpeas, often served with salad and tahini. • Hawawshi – Crispy bread stuffed with seasoned minced beef. • Kofta – Grilled minced meat skewers served with rice or bread. • Molokhia – A traditional green soup, usually served with chicken or rabbit and rice. • Fatta – Rice, toasted bread, garlic-vinegar tomato sauce, and meat (often beef or lamb). • Mahshi – Vegetables such as zucchini, peppers, or grape leaves stuffed with herbed rice.
