    Camel rides

This excursion was exceptional! They accommodated our schedule to allow for our needs. Willingness to work with us and visited easily. Phenomenal! Carlos was the best tour guide and the authentic food was so yummy 😋

    Horrible

Worst excursion I've booked in all my traveling. The transportation pick up was 45 minutes late. The description said this would include tequila tasting & lunch. None of this was offered. However the guide who was leading my camel offered us a sip of tequila from his personal flask that was empty lol I'll be reaching out for a refund.

Response from the operator: Hi, I looked into this and you are correct in that they did not provide the lunch and tasting for your tour. For some reason they had you on the basic camel tour that does not include it and I apologize. I have issued the refund already.

    Small lunch, great camels

The experience included 20 minutes each way of ATV transport to the beach area where the camels were tied. The camels were great. The guide walked them along the beach and back while we rode for about 40 minutes. The included lunch was very small, 3 street taco sized fajitas on dry, unprepared corn tortillas. The fajita chicken and veggies were delicious, just very scant amount on each little tortilla, no toppings or sides. It was worth the cost for me because my teenage daughters' smiles were so genuine. They very much enjoyed meeting and riding the camels. Friendly staff. Shuttle to and from hotel was also great.

Response from the operator: Awesome! Thank you for taking the time to let us know your experience. I have heard that twice now about the size of meal so I will change the listing to say it's a snack ;) We appreciate you letting us know. Enjoy Cabo!

    Experience was fun and...

Experience was fun and beautiful. We were lucky enough to have our own “private session” so it was just the two of us cruising along the beach enjoying the vibes and sunset. Our guide was very friendly and allowed us to take pictures and videos, even offered to take some for us as well. Unfortunately I did not catch his name but he was great. The tacos that come with this experience are VERY BASIC. Ask them to fully cook the tortillas because ours was still raw/cold. They have a mini bar where you can drink and get snacks too while you wait.

Response from the operator: This is what we love to hear! Thanks for letting us know :)

Cactus Tours Camel Adventure with Lunch and Tequila Tasting: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Los Cabos.

How much does Cactus Tours Camel Adventure with Lunch and Tequila Tasting cost?

    +

Prices start at $90 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Los Cabos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cactus Tours Camel Adventure with Lunch and Tequila Tasting take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Los Cabos is not rushed.

Is Cactus Tours Camel Adventure with Lunch and Tequila Tasting worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Los Cabos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cactus Tours Camel Adventure with Lunch and Tequila Tasting?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cactus Tours Camel Adventure with Lunch and Tequila Tasting suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Cactus Tours Camel Adventure with Lunch and Tequila Tasting?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Los Cabos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Los Cabos and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cactus Tours Camel Adventure with Lunch and Tequila Tasting start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Los Cabos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Los Cabos?

    +

On Outty we rank every Los Cabos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cabo 4x4 ATV Tour with Tequila Tasting and Mexican Buffet Lunch, Ziplining and UTV Desert Adventure from Los Cabos, Cabo Beach Camel Ride, Mexican Buffet and Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Los Cabos?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Los Cabos?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
