Hospitality

These guys were awesome! Even after I messed up our reservations, they adjusted and still made it work. From the pick up at the airport to the ride back to the airport. The service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Fraudulent Scammer's

Company reached out day before trip to tell me I booked the wrong hotel and in it would cost me $30more. I've been to Cabo many times and I have booking information that confirms I did not make the mistake on the hotel selection. Unfortunately, this happens a lot where they want to take advantage of tourists. Do not book with this company. You are visiting their country to improve their economy and it's greed that drives them. Sad!

Response from the operator: First of all we told you you made the reservation in the wrong advertisement, we have 2 one for cabo downtown and one for the pacific, your hotel was at the pacific side and we explained to you to cancel it and made it in the correct advertisement or pay the balance, you find want to pay and said to cancel it, a lot of my clients understand that and pay or reserve in the correct one. You’re the one who tried to scam companies in Cabo who work honestly!!!! I have lots of good reviews I don’t Scam anyone that is why I send you a previous message to explain it, now you didn’t take the ride why you are saying I scam you I didn’t take any money from you and cancel your reservation so you can chose another one !! So honestly you Carla are the scammer trying to get everything for free, thanks for your review

Very smooth process

Driver was very punctual and nice! He offered us water and Mexican beer for the ride to our hotel! Ride was smooth and surrounded by beautiful scenery! Just get past all the scammers in the airport and find your driver outside holding a sign up with your name!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for trusting in our company and plese let us know next time you come back to Cabo.

Thanks, Eddie

Eddie was very friendly and accommodating. He was waiting with a sign with my name on it which was such a relief after surviving the gauntlet of salespeople. We enjoyed his conversation and warm demeanor.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for trusting in our company and plese let us know next time you come back to Cabo.

10/10!

I’ve never been to Cabo and Estevez and his team are timely and professional. We arrived a little early and they were there to pick us up in a clean safe (and scenic) ride. I will visit Cabo again and will definitely use this service.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for trusting in our company and plese let us know next time you come back to Cabo. Hector

Cabo Private transp Pacific Side Nobu/HardRock/PB Sunset/Diamond: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Los Cabos.

How much does Cabo Private transp Pacific Side Nobu/HardRock/PB Sunset/Diamond cost?

+

Prices start at $136 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Los Cabos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Cabo Private transp Pacific Side Nobu/HardRock/PB Sunset/Diamond take?

+

Plan for about 0.8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Los Cabos is not rushed.

Is Cabo Private transp Pacific Side Nobu/HardRock/PB Sunset/Diamond worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 78 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Los Cabos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Cabo Private transp Pacific Side Nobu/HardRock/PB Sunset/Diamond?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Cabo Private transp Pacific Side Nobu/HardRock/PB Sunset/Diamond suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Cabo Private transp Pacific Side Nobu/HardRock/PB Sunset/Diamond?

+

Around 27 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Los Cabos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Los Cabos and add a light layer if any part of the 0.8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Cabo Private transp Pacific Side Nobu/HardRock/PB Sunset/Diamond start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Los Cabos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Los Cabos?

+

On Outty we rank every Los Cabos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ziplining and UTV Desert Adventure from Los Cabos, Cabo 4x4 ATV Tour with Tequila Tasting and Mexican Buffet Lunch, Cabo Beach Camel Ride, Mexican Buffet and Tequila Tasting. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Los Cabos?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Los Cabos?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
