VIP best way to see this
The only downside to this tour was we found it very difficult to find the entrance but once we did, it was absolutely spectacular. We were hand walked to the elevators. We were greeted by a team of staff. The VIP area was absolutely spectacular. The views were great. I would advise if you’re gonna do this. Try and do it before the sun goes down. We were 30 minutes late unfortunately cause we were lost but the strength of this VIP ticket is unbelievable. We looked at the line of people trying to calm down and he just looked like forever. It took us. We were less than a minute in the line to come down so do the VIP. It’s well worth it.
Response from the operator: Dear Valued Client, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the VIP tour and found the views and service to be truly spectacular. It’s wonderful to know that our team made you feel welcomed and that the VIP access enhanced your visit. We do regret to hear about the difficulty in finding the entrance, and we sincerely appreciate your feedback. We’ll certainly review how we can make the directions clearer so that future guests can arrive with ease and enjoy the full experience without delay. We’re thrilled that, despite the late arrival, you still found the VIP ticket to be well worth it and enjoyed the convenience it provides. Your advice about visiting before sunset is spot-on and will surely be helpful for future travelers. We hope to welcome you back again soon for an even smoother and more memorable visit! Warm regards, Shams Al Marjan Tours

Special Birthday plans.
Expensive, but worth it. When marking a special occasion, if you can afford it, the convenience of skipping the queue, the informative guide, the quality of the food and the attentive staff made the experience memorable. We booked this 9 months before our trip to ensure we got availability at the specific date/time (sunset on valentines day). We spent nearly 3 hours "At The Top" and the staff made sure that we had enough time/food/drinks before we left. Certainly not rushed and got the chance to spend time on the other levels on the way down. Once in a lifetime 👍
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're delighted to hear that every aspect of your special evening—from the hassle-free skip-the-line service and informative guide to the quality food, drinks, and attentive staff—made it truly memorable. We appreciate your trust in booking well in advance to secure that perfect sunset on Valentine’s Day. It's wonderful to know that you enjoyed every moment at The Top and on the way down. We look forward to welcoming you back for another once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Pricey but Peaceful
Definitely worth paying extra to have your own areas away from tons of people. Food and drinks are nice touch. Only bad part is that when you leave they push you to the same floor with everyone else. A bit pricey but peaceful.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the private areas and appreciated the food and drinks, creating a peaceful experience for you. We also value your feedback regarding the exit process. We're always looking for ways to improve, and we'll take your comment into account to enhance the overall experience. We hope to welcome you back soon for another great visit!

Burj Khalifa Lounge at Levels 152, 153 & 154 + Optional Transfers: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubai.
How much does Burj Khalifa Lounge at Levels 152, 153 & 154 + Optional Transfers cost?
+
Prices start at $259 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Burj Khalifa Lounge at Levels 152, 153 & 154 + Optional Transfers take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubai is not rushed.
Is Burj Khalifa Lounge at Levels 152, 153 & 154 + Optional Transfers worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.7/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Burj Khalifa Lounge at Levels 152, 153 & 154 + Optional Transfers?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Burj Khalifa Lounge at Levels 152, 153 & 154 + Optional Transfers suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 2-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Burj Khalifa Lounge at Levels 152, 153 & 154 + Optional Transfers?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubai and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Burj Khalifa Lounge at Levels 152, 153 & 154 + Optional Transfers start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubai?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubai Premium Red Dunes Safari, Camels & 5* BBQ at Al Khayma Camp, Dubai: Red Dunes Safari, Quad, Camel, Dune Bash, BBQ & Shows, Dubai Dune Buggy Safari Tour in Red Dunes Options. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
