    Double disappointments!

I already communicated with the Viator chat line and with the tour operator directly. I found the Viator tour description deceiving and we wasted the whole day on the second day of our tour. On top of that our balloon ride was cancelled which I totally understand was not your fault at all, but we are going back to Cappadocia again before you know it.

Response from the operator: Dear Samuel, You were not read the trip itinerary as we understand on your messages to us. You said us “I thought this tour include a second full-day tour on second day.” But there is no second full-day tour. This detail is writing there CLEARLY. That seems, you never read itinerary and just thought something and expect excluded services. If there is no advertise no any write about a second full-day tour as on details of this travel package, that is not meaning deceive description. We provides what write on descriptions.

    Great trip

The Baloon ride was fantastic. But the car used for the tour’s first day had very bad AC. Despite letting the Driver for making it cooler nothing happened. Looks like the driver was not keen on doing anything

Response from the operator: Dear Shivkumar, As you know July is top hot summer month in Turkey. Only some days of July, AC of cars can not be enough because of over 40-42 degrees weather. Also, some guests are making open/close the door of car and that is affecting to AC performance of cars at the days over 40-42 degrees.

    A worry-free complete tour

4.5* - Overall Tour operator This is a complete tour which includes everything from start to finish. The communication of the tour operator is amazing and prompt. The logistics are all taken care of with great detail, such as airport transfers. Accommodations- Sedirli Konak The accommodations are amazing and centrally located with extremely hospitable staff. The breakfast is superb as you feel like it is prepared with love as if it was cooked by your “mom”. Fatma thank you. The management team were friendly and inviting. Tours Our guide Umit was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable, witty and passionate. It is evident that he really cares about history and culture. Thank you! The only drawback, hence the four and a half stars instead of five, is the “shop stops”. The cultural aspect of the stops are great but the selling part could improve. A suggestion would be to leave the guests to explore the show rooms on their own. With a constant presence of a salesperson following, one feels overwhelmed which in turn makes one want to leave. Perhaps if this was not the case, one would be more inclined to purchase. Overall, we would highly recommend booking this tour.
