    Not just for tea drinkers

After the warm greeting with an iced tea, the tea making and tasting experience was great value. Roni was very interesting as she talked about the health attributes of various botanicals and how they can be activated through pairing companion herbs to address specific ailments. Blending our own tea and trying the food and tea matching activity was lots of fun and we received Sample bags to take away and experiment further. Highly recommended as an activity that is sustainable and community focussed.
