⚠️ Be careful when booking this tour. I had a very disappointing experience with this tour operator. The tour was canceled only 1½ hours before the scheduled departure time, without any advance notice. Before the tour, I contacted the operator four times to confirm the meeting location because I wanted to make sure I would arrive at the correct place. Unfortunately, I was unable to get clear information. Because the cancellation happened at the last minute, I did not have enough time to arrange an alternative plan or find another tour. This significantly affected my travel plans. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, but a cancellation this close to the departure time, especially after I had made several attempts to confirm the meeting location, was extremely frustrating. I hope Viator will review this situation and consider the impact that last-minute cancellations have on travelers.

The tour was cancelled without notice. We only discovered when we called looking for the guide at the meeting point. A large part of our weekend was this tour.

Would give negative if I could! Do NOT book w/them. Tour cancelled-Didn’t notify us. Found out at the site from another tour guide, when we arrived. Still have not received a refund. They should have their license revoked. BAD EXPERIENCE. Ruined our planned day in Boston for sightseeing.
