A Great Day Out in the Czech Republic
I love being outside in beautiful settings, and this tour fit my expectations 100%. The scenery was amazing, Pete was an awesome guide, and the whole day was just perfect. The tour of Terezín was informative and sad, and I was deeply moved by the experience. On the other hand, our stops for lunch and for cakes and coffee were just what we needed! The Bohemian National Forest is stunning, and the entire trip was worth every dollar we spent. I would definitely go on another trip with our guide, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Prague on holiday!
Response from the operator: Guys I'm so humbled by your review, thank you! A combination of history, natural beauty, culture and famous bohemian gastronomy was my original intention and it seems to work perfectly. Terezin - Bastei Bridge/Saxon Switzerland National Park - Narnia Day Tour with Petr
This was possibly the best day trip I have ever booked out of a city thanks to Petr and his thoughtful itinerary, punctuality and genuine warm personality. I was picked up on the dot early in the morning and we stayed on schedule throughout our beautiful day. The first stop is the poignant Terezin Concentration Camp/Memorial. Afterwards a much needed stop at a charming old railway station turned cafe for delicious coffee and cakes. It was good fortification for our brisk walk through the Narnia rock formations where you end up with a jaw dropping view. For lunch we stopped at a hunting lodge hotel and I had the venison loins in a local mushroom sauce-superb! Petr saves the show stopper for last - crossing into Germany and visiting the Saxon Switzerland National Park and Bastei Bridge. Words can’t describe the awesome beauty of the spot. The entire day Petr thoughtfully imparted his knowledge of the area to our small group. If you only have time for one day trip from Prague, I highly recommend spending it with Petr on this itinerary. I’ll always fondly remember my day, thanks so much, Petr!
Response from the operator: I'm honored by your through and warm review. How great to hear you enjoyed the itinerary. Terezin Nazi camp is truly heavy and so all my clients always appreciate the Bohemian coffee and cakes stop afterwards. The Bohemian Switzerland park and the Narnia rocks never disappoint. I'm glad you loved the lunch. Bohemia is known for delicious cusine and I'd be a shame not to try it while in Prague. It was a privilege to be your guide of Bohemia. Incredible!
This tour was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all my expectations! Our guide was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful from beginning to end. He has an impressively broad knowledge of Prague, its history, and all the major landmarks, and he shared so many fascinating facts and stories throughout the day. What I appreciated most was how attentive he was to our safety and comfort at all times. Everything was perfectly organized, and the tour was extremely comprehensive. The stops for coffee and lunch were wonderful as well. Both places were charming and full of character, and the food was absolutely delicious. And the scenery along the way was simply breathtaking. This was one of the best tours I have ever taken. I learned so much, felt well taken care of, and enjoyed every single moment. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Prague!
Response from the operator: Thank you! I'm so humbled by your review. It's such a reward hearing how much you enjoyed the day. Come back to Bohemia for more, Pete Hainz, creator and guide of Terezin & Bohemian Switzerland tour from Prague: Bastei, Narnia & Cafe

Bohemian Switzerland and Terezin Tour from Prague: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Prague.
How much does Bohemian Switzerland and Terezin Tour from Prague cost?
+
Prices start at $216 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Prague usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Bohemian Switzerland and Terezin Tour from Prague take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Prague is not rushed.
Is Bohemian Switzerland and Terezin Tour from Prague worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Prague, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Bohemian Switzerland and Terezin Tour from Prague?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Bohemian Switzerland and Terezin Tour from Prague suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 9-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Bohemian Switzerland and Terezin Tour from Prague?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Prague can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Prague and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Bohemian Switzerland and Terezin Tour from Prague start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Prague within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Prague?
+
On Outty we rank every Prague experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Best Reviews: Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland Day Trip From Prague, Bohemian & Saxon Switzerland From Prague-Travelers' Choice 2026, Prague Historic Pub Tour with Drinks Included. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Prague?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Prague?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Bohemian Switzerland and Terezin Tour from Prague?
+
