The Bastei Bridge spans the Elbe Canyon and the old Neurathen Castle. Neurathen Castle (Felsenburg Neurathen), which was first mentioned by this name in 1755, is located near the famous Bastei rocks near Rathen in Saxon Switzerland. The beginnings of Neurathen date back to the first half of the 13th century, however, the site may have been inhabited already in the Bronze Ages. The castle was inherited and sold, repeatedly besieged, conquered and burned in the wars between Bohemian and Saxonian armies.

Excellent experience
Really nice day with Jules. Excellent commmunication prior to the trip. Everything ran on time. Jules was knowledgeable and helpful. Tisa rocks was the highlight. Brewery tour was underwhelming. Not sure I'd pick that again. There were only 5 travellers on our excursion. Lots of space and comfortable ride. Overall a great day and I would definitely recommend Bohemia Adventures.
