Explore Athens Like a Local with Theodor
We took 'The Bohemian side of Athens tour' with our wonderful guide Theodor, who took us on a very interesting tour of central Athens. Theodor is an excellent guide with a wealth of knowledge about the city's history, architecture, and street art. He is very communicative, friendly, and creates a great atmosphere. He took us to places and showed us details we likely would have missed or never found on our own. He really helped us make sense of the different neighborhoods and areas in central Athens. The tour also includes a drink at a fantastic rooftop bar with a view of the Acropolis, a visit to a small local tavern with authentic Greek food, and excellent ice cream for dessert. We truly enjoyed his company. Highly recommended! Amir and Gili, Haifa, Israel.

A great tour of Athens.
We had a great time. The guide was knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He took us on a 4 hour tour of Athens' Triangle. Discussed the different aspects of the modern city, from culture and graffiti to demographics and employment. Food and drinks were tasted as well as discussed. We got some great recomendations for acitivities outside the tour. We were very comfortable with the guide. We recomend this tour for people who want to see other aspects of athens beside its ancient history.

Disgusting Customer Service
I cannot even believe this place. Zero zero zero stars and cannot emphasize that enough. Went to the exact meeting place for my tour, looked around because they said someone would be holding a sign and waited around but nothing. Was having trouble with my phone service and tried to call them on WhatsApp but it wouldn’t let me. They then call me at my hotel when I return there once I got on WiFi and only blamed me saying I was making the rest of them wait for twenty minutes and the lady on the phone was BEYOND RUDE. Telling me she’s speaking to me in English like I’m stupid. Zero empathy from her about the situation and she completely ruined the last day of my honeymoon.

I am happy that you wrote here, as it gives us the chance to show future customers what we go through when we are faced with people like you! To put things in order, you had booked our 4:00 PM small group tour starting at a specific meeting point, which is a huge landmark building in the city center. At 4:10 PM, and as your guide informed me that you hadn't shown up, I called you, and you replied immediately in a voice that showed that either you were asleep or drunk, that you had been to the meeting point, didn't see the guide, had left, and that you were already back at your hotel!!! [All these in 10 minutes when the nearest hotel is a 10-minute walk!!] I replied that I had sent to your phone the photo of our guide and another 3 customers who had booked the tour, and they were still waiting for you!! I even asked you to how long you needed to go, but you stated that the weather wasn't nice now and that you wouldn't go!! If asking why you didn't ask the hotel receptionist to call us, as you claimed you had a phone issue [it was fully operational when I called], is considered rude, I will let others decide on that! Of course, you don't state that, even though I insisted you go on the tour, as it is a fantastic tour with a fantastic guide and they had already been waiting for you; you just replied that you want your money back as now it was drizzling and you didn't want to go outside!! I will let the readers decide about our customer service as if we were not interested we wouldn't have called you in the first place!
