Fun excursion
The sites were amazing! We learned a lot too that helped us pick beaches for the rest of our stay! The fast boat was fun too.

Fun and exciting boat trip.
Fun trip. Really great and experienced guide. The skipper was great and we got into several caves. The only drawback was that the sea was a bit rough and the boat took a beating on the way back to port.

Late cancel of tour
Unfortunately they canceled our boat tour 1 hour before we were set to leave. “Unsafe conditions” were cited as the cause - if that’s the case I’m glad they canceled, however, many many other boat tours continued to leave throughout the day, so I can’t be sure. We had a small window of time in Lagos and we weren’t able to book anything else. Maybe next time!
Response from the operator: We understand your frustration with the cancellation so close to departure. However, sea conditions can change rapidly, and each operator and vessel must make its own safety assessment. The fact that other boats operated does not necessarily mean conditions were safe for our particular excursion. We never cancel a tour lightly, but passenger safety must always come first. We regret the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Lagos?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Lagos?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
