Sailing along the coast opens before your eyes one of the most suggestive views of Liguria: Portovenere, an ancient fishing village at the entrance of the Gulf of Poets. From the sea you can admire the characteristic tall and colorful houses overlooking the marina, built next to each other like a wall on the sea. Continuing towards the tip of the promontory appears the spectacular Church of San Pietro, built on a rocky outcrop overlooking the water and considered one of the most iconic views of the Ligurian coast. Just above the village dominates the view the imposing Doria Castle, an ancient fortress that for centuries protected the country. From the sea you can also see the cliffs and natural caves of the area, including the picturesque Byron Cave, linked to the English poet Lord Byron, who found inspiration here between the intense blue of the sea and the rocks carved by time.

Truly Amazing!!
Absolutely exceptional experience! From beginning to end, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, and the entire experience was incredibly well organized. Jack was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel special. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a wonderful time. You could truly feel how much he cares about providing an unforgettable experience. The scenery was breathtaking, but what made the tour truly exceptional was the service and attention to detail. It was the perfect combination of luxury, relaxation, and fun. I highly recommend this boat tour to anyone looking for a truly special experience. Best of the Best!
This is an experience you do not want to miss. We had the BEST TIME! Captain Jack -Zach- Sparrow- made our day an event. We went to many swimming and jumping areas, a beautiful town with amazing food and just a day of relaxing and fun. He had prosecco and beer waiting for us. A lovely fruit platter and afternoon snacks. We also got a bottle of homemade wine as a thank you gift. We strongly suggest this tour.

Stunning Scenery, Great Swimming & an Outstanding Captain
We had an incredible boat tour with BW Boats departing from La Spezia, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The day included beautiful stops at swimming spots and hidden coves with crystal clear water. We saw tons of fish while swimming, and the scenery along the coast was absolutely stunning from start to finish. A huge thank you to our captain, Jack, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everyone had a great time. The boat itself was wonderful, comfortable, and had options for shade whenever we needed a break from the sun. There were also plenty of snacks and drinks available throughout the day, with options for both adults and kids, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. Parking was simple and convenient, which made the whole experience stress free from the beginning. Highly recommend BW Boats if you’re visiting the La Spezia area. Great scenery, great swimming, a beautiful boat, and outstanding hospitality. We would absolutely do it again.
