The characteristics of our boats, including their configuration and the absence of a covered area, are clearly presented on our website before booking. We operate two boats with the same configuration, and each passenger has their own individual seat. We do not provide water or towels on board, as these services are not included in the activity. Regarding the lack of shade, this is a characteristic of the boat and is not something that can be changed upon arrival. Naturally, it would not have been possible to install a canopy at that moment or modify the boat's configuration on site. Regarding our staff, we do not recognise the description of their attitude as “brusque”. Our employees simply explained the characteristics of the activity and what could be done at that moment, while remaining professional throughout. We are sorry that the interaction was perceived differently, but we also feel it is important to point out that the way the situation was approached from your side was not particularly cordial either. We respect your decision not to participate, but we believe an activity should be assessed according to what is actually advertised and provided. The features you mention were available for review before the booking was made. We respect your opinion and appreciate your feedback. Hostile, crowded and hot

We did not even get on the boat. People are packed like sardines. There is no cover which they said there could not be due to the caves but this was not clear from sign up. The staff canceled our tour one day - no reason - and put us on the completely full trip for the next day. No water. No towels. Nothing. Incredibly rude staff with no tolerance for tourists finding their way. Aggressiveness insisting they would not refund even as we walked away. Avoid avoid avoid.

The photographs of our boats, including their layout and characteristics, are clearly available on our website before making a booking. We operate two boats, and both boats have the same characteristics and configuration. Therefore, there was no possibility of changing to a “different” type of boat, as both vessels are equivalent. Each passenger has their own individual seat, and the tour was operating at the normal capacity permitted for the boat. At no point were passengers being forced to sit on top of each other, as suggested in this review. Regarding the lack of cover, towels and water, these are not services included in our tour. We do not provide towels or sell/provide water on board, and the information regarding the boat and what is included in the tour is available on our website before booking. We would also like to clarify that the tour was not cancelled without explanation or with the intention of causing inconvenience. When an operational change occurs, we always do our best to offer an alternative available departure. Regarding the interaction with our staff, we completely disagree with the accusation that our team was aggressive or rude. Our staff simply explained the booking conditions and the options available. Unfortunately, from the moment you arrived, the communication with our employees was not particularly friendly on your side either. Our team remained professional throughout the situation. Finally, we believe it is important to carefully read the information provided before making a booking. You mentioned that it was your husband who made the reservation and that you were not aware of what you had booked. While we understand that one person may make a reservation on behalf of others, the person making the booking is responsible for reviewing the description of the tour, the boat characteristics, what is included, and the applicable terms and conditions before purchasing. The tour operators were...

The tour operators were amazing, so accomodating and super nice. The tour guide was hilarious, very knowledgeable and kept checking on us as we had our baby with us.
