Another great adventure with Vertente Natura. Lovely guides.
Another fabulous fun filled safe adventure tour with Vertente Natural. Great fun cruising the coast in a Rib boat with two wonderful friendly informative guides. Even stopped for a refreshing dip in the beautiful turquoise sea. Lots to see in this nature reserve . This company is so well organised and very respectful of the sae and nature abound. Highly recommend them .

Fantastic day out
The whole experience was amazing, very well organised. Good facilities at the base and really helpful staff. We did a private boat tour with Leonor, she was an excellent guide to the region. Extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the wildlife and the beautiful Arrabida coastline. She managed to get us to all the most beautiful spots before the crowds descended. The whole family had a great time.

Great family boat trip
We had a great trip today on the boat. We are family of 6, kids ranging from age 7 - 18. We got to see the caves, the ocean, the beaches and even take a dip in the ocean at the end. The guide, Marta, was very knowledgeable and really engaged the kids. She shared lost of cool stories and info (in English). It is a perfect little adventure if you want to tour the gorgeous coast. We went a 3pm. There is a morning trip which probably has calmer waters but our trip only had a few big waves. We would happily go again with this tour company!

Great experience with Vertente Natural on their Boat Tour and Kayaking Trip!
During the week of April 17, 2026, our family participated in the Boat Tour of the Arrabida Coves with Vertente Natural, leaving out of Sesimbra. We had such a good time with our guide, Leoner. She was an excellent tour guide and really gave us the local perspective. It was not a busy day, so the trip was very small and we were so fortunate to be able to spend a few hours with Leoner experiencing the beauty of the caves and the beaches. She went above and beyond to make our trip memorable! The trip was so much fun, and we were so impressed with the company and guides, that we then decided to come back later in the week for their 3-hour kayaking trip. Wow, were we glad we did! My young son and I were able to kayak together (we were in a double kayak) through the caves and onto the gorgeous beach, it was a highlight of our vacation in Portugal!!! Our kayak guide, Jessica P was also amazing, she was a great trip leader and made sure we were all safe and had fun! Both of our guides were very conscious about educating their customers about the importance of keeping the park pristine and protected for the enjoyment of future visitors. Also, as we are English speakers, it was also very beneficial that our guides were very proficient in English (: I can’t say enough about our time with this company, and we hope one day we can come back to Portugal and do their overnight kayak trip with them. Thanks again to Leoner, Jessica, and everyone at Vertente Natural for a great time!

The most unforgettable experience, you won’t regret
a minute ago New I went on a boat tour along the coast of Sesimbra with Francisco and it was hands down the highlight of my holiday! The team were patient with me when I got lost and they came and found me, I got a private tour with amazing Portuguese snacks, wine and most of all amazing views of the sea with a thorough history and geology session which was right up my alley! I would 100% recommend and a huge thanks to Francisco and Eva for accommodating me at such last minute! ❤️😎
