The area is equipped without protective barriers for your safety. However, caution is advised on windy days as the elevated vantage point offers a thrilling, bird-like sensation.

   Embark on a short yet exhilarating walk from the Wentworth Falls picnic area, where every step leads to a spectacular reward. As you follow the scenic trail, you’ll pass the Jamison and Wentworth Lookouts, each offering stunning vistas. The path then takes you down around 200 steps to Fletchers Lookout, perched dramatically on the cliff’s edge. From here, take in the awe-inspiring views of Wentworth Falls, as it plunges an impressive 100 meters into the valley below, creating a truly unforgettable sight. If patrons wish to view only the lookouts near the car park and do not wish to trek or walk, we are happy to accommodate their wish.

10. Coachwood Glen Nature Trail

    Coachwood Glen Nature Trail (a very short 600m trail) is one of the Blue Mountains’ hidden gems, offering a peaceful and immersive rainforest experience just moments from Blackheath. This short but enchanting loop walk leads visitors into a cool, shaded valley filled with towering coachwood trees, vibrant ferns, and soft mosses that blanket the forest floor. From the moment you step onto the trail, the temperature drops, the sounds soften, and you’re surrounded by the calming scent of damp earth and fresh mountain air.
