Very Disappointed but It got the job done.
Very cool concept/idea for someone looking for social media content. Very underwhelming reality for someone looking for an actual fire show experience. I loved watching my name glowing in the darkness & very much appreciated being able to pay for an add on upgrade for a large sign- that was great. But that was about it for positive things..... What wasn't good from MY experience, 1.) Location is at Burwood Beach in Trelawny which is a significant distance from Mobay-approx 30min from airport area/Ironshore. 2.) Time slot I choose was not respected ..at all. We were told we'd need to be picked up at location we choose at 7pm. The experience was over at 8pm exactly.....I booked an 830pm slot. In addition, set up wasn't done by the time of our arrival. 3.) Listing states bottled water, a celebration gift & unedited photos/videos are included in the booking. This was not my experience. I have received none of these. I messaged about photos after the experience for an eta because the listing specifically states "Each customer will receive all photos and videos from the email they provided with 24-72 hours."....I was told no photos were taken of me, only drone footage which I made clear I wasn't interested in purchasing or adding on to my standard package. This was very very extremely frustrating as apart of my decision to book was to have "professional photos" as the listing promises. 4.) Customer service/respectful communication needs serious development. 5.) The experience was literally me (+ my friends) standing in front of the display watching ONE performer for maybe 5min tops ....that was it. I felt as if I paid for a show that im performing in when i expected an actual fire dancer performance. Overall I don't believe the attraction is good value for money, considering distance, short time frame, & the misleading listing. especially, the lack of photos, Great concept that has potential but delivery is pretty much terrible

Don't use a waste of money
Review Title: Disappointing Experience with Jet Set Go Tours – Save Your Money I recently booked the Fire Show Experience with Jet Set Go Tours, and the entire outing fell completely short of expectations. * Severe Delays: The driver was significantly late for our hotel pickup, which threw off the evening schedule right from the start. * Low-Quality Photography: The photos included in the package , uncoordinated, and completely unedited. They looked like rushed and unprofessional photos.the crew and drone were in most of the photos didn't even attempt to remove them * Useless Drone Footage: The drone video was unwatchable and completely unusable—shaky, poorly framed, and lacking any actual coverage of the fire performance. Between the poor punctuality and the terrible quality of the media package, this tour was a massive letdown. I would not recommend Jet Set Go Tours if you want reliable service or memorable photos of your night.

This was one of the highlights of our trip! The experience was very enjoyable and they made sure we were comfortable. I will definitely book again when I return to Jamaica.

The personalized fire experience was absolutely unforgettable! 🔥✨ Standing in the center while my name lit up in flames behind me was such a surreal moment. It made for incredible photos and videos, and the entire experience was well organized from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate or create a lasting memory while in Jamaica, I highly recommend this experience. It was truly one of the highlights of my trip!
