Tigre delta tour overpriced by 100 percent
The boat on tiger delta was great, but if I had known I would have take an uber to port and purchased own tickets for half the price. The tour was really just an expensive bus ride to the boat location and much slower because of all the stops. Overpriced by double!
Response from the operator: Good afternoon We appreciate your comment but the price of the tour is correct. The tour includes the transfer to the port of Tigre City, which is 40 km from the city of Buenos Aires. The option you chose allowed you to return with the same boat to the city, one of the several premium options and being a tour that combines both land and river transport it is understandable that the price is higher. In addition, you have to take into account the service of the tour guide at your disposal who provides information and knowledge, the taxes and the commission that Viator takes for each tour sold. In addition, the number of places on the boat is limited and booking through an agency or platform ensures that you get a place on board. Getting from Buenos Aires to Tigre using an app is expensive, especially during rush hour when it becomes almost impossible to get a driver who is willing to make such a long trip. It is not the same as having a driver and a guide at your disposal for that service, the comparison is not valid. On the other hand, the values are published and you agreed when you purchased. You did not have to pay any extra during the activity.

Excellent service. Responsible company to recommend.
Excellent tour, I really enjoyed it. We had a sunny day which helped the excursion, during the tour it gives information and history of the place in several languages, which is no small thing, highly recommended.
Response from the operator: Muchas gracias por el tiempo dedicado a tus comentarios, nos alegra que haya disfrutado el tour, lo esperamos en su proxima visita a Buenos Aires. Gracias

Big Delta Tigre day tour
Very well organized half day tour by Bairesfun Turismo Operador. Tour guide was Luz, she speaks Spanish, Portugese and English fluently and she knows a lot about the Delta Tigre. Driver was Felix. Both of them very professional and customer friendly. Pick-up at my hotel was exactly on tine. For drop-off you even got a choice: San Telmo (because of the market on Sunday) or your own hotel. The boat ride was interesting, lovely weather and friendly people in the group. Compliments to Luz and Felix: you did an excellent job!
Response from the operator: Thanks a lot for your review and we are very happy about your comments. Thanks for choosing us

Great half-day trip
We got a Private transportation from our hotel. The company was very flexible and extended the area they picked us up from. We had enough time to walk the Port town and explored the shops. On the boat the ride Was smooth and announcements were made to explain the history of Tigre. All in all very good.
Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your comments and the time you have taken to comment. We are very glad that you enjoyed the tour and the visit to our city and the Tigre Delta. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.

Excellent walk along the Delta!
We took the Baires Fun tour, we were picked up by the hotel with a bus and Erica the guide, super friendly, transported us to the Delta. In the day we toured the fruit port, made a beautiful sailing lunch and returned to the hotel super happy with the beautiful day we spent. Which if we were lucky the weather accompanied us, it was sunny. advice to bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent.
Response from the operator: Gracias por tus comentarios. Nos alegramos que hayas disfrutado el paseo, Gracias

Why this scores 44
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Big Delta Tigre Day Tour with navigation: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Buenos Aires.
How much does Big Delta Tigre Day Tour with navigation cost?
+
Prices start at $180 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Buenos Aires usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Big Delta Tigre Day Tour with navigation take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Buenos Aires is not rushed.
Is Big Delta Tigre Day Tour with navigation worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 44 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable outdoors in Buenos Aires, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Big Delta Tigre Day Tour with navigation?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Big Delta Tigre Day Tour with navigation suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Big Delta Tigre Day Tour with navigation?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Buenos Aires can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Buenos Aires and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Big Delta Tigre Day Tour with navigation start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Buenos Aires within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Buenos Aires?
+
On Outty we rank every Buenos Aires experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Argentine Cooking, Wine & Beef Tasting at Argentine Experience, Historical Sherpa Food Tour of San Telmo with Street Food, Drinks, Cooking Class with Empanadas Steak & Flan by Argentine Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Buenos Aires?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Buenos Aires?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
