- Closed Attractions: If attractions are closed or altered due to holidays or other reasons, we will adjust the itinerary and/or replace it with an equivalent attraction to maintain the tour’s quality. Changes due to COVID-19 restrictions are considered force majeure.
- Airport Pick-Up: Only one free airport pick-up is included per order. If the pick-up cannot be arranged due to delays or weather, you will need to cover your own transportation costs.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed on the bus or in hotel rooms. If you smoke in a non-smoking hotel room, you may be fined at least $250.
- Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
- Leaving the Group: If you choose to leave the group, inform the tour guide in advance and sign a departure agreement. You will not receive a refund for any missed parts of the tour.
