Lack of Communication!
the booking was set for the morning - they were a no-show. if i didn’t call them, i wouldn’t have known they put us for a PM tour. i should have given them one star but i’m adding two since our PM tour was fun. our guide angelica was bubbly and took care of us. she also answered questions about the places we went to and gamely took our photos. however, the lack of followup and communication was a game changer for us. it totally messed up our morning.
