A great tour experience in Cebu, made better by a wonderful tour guide.
A fun and varying tour of the different areas in Cebu. Went into it not knowing anything about Cebu and definitely learned a lot. Our guide, Candace, was very friendly, relatable, knowledgeable about all the locations and was easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to explore the historical aspect of Cebu in a comfortable and convenient environment.

Cebu city tour in 4 hours...
We opted for 4 hours tour of Cebu City, we only had a few hours to spare on our last day before flying out. We were enjoying the Cebu resort so much that we only had that time to roam around, we of course have plans to come back. Analisa and our driver were both very courteous fun to be with during our tour. Analisa was very efficient and made sure we saw as much as we can see with that small amount of time. Analisa also was very knowledgeable of the history of Cebu, we had a great time

Cancelled and Left Me to Deal with Viator
Just a few hours before the scheduled tour, the operator messaged me on WhatsApp asking me to cancel because there weren’t enough attendees. They refused to cancel the booking themselves, even though they were the ones unable to run the tour. Instead, I had to waste time going back and forth with Viator to get it sorted. Very poor customer service. Avoid.

Great half day tour in Cebu with knowledgable guide and interesting places.
Booking was easy and pick up was convenient. The tour provided a good mix of site seeing and historical visits for Cebu. I booked the 1 p.m. tour, and it was a bit hot, but manageable. The tour guide (Keen/Kevin) was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure everyone had good pictures and memories. He also made good recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. The transport was comfortable and cool. Our group was small, and it helped since the van was not packed. All and all, I recommend this tour if you are interested in Cebu and its history and have 1/2 day to kill. Be prepared, Kevin insists on taking lots of pictures for you :)
