Interesting events but be prepared with extra money
In this situation, the driver is not the guide. Each event I attended, I was assigned one or two guides from that area. If you are into giving tips, bring lots because each event has one or two different guides. I was well taken care of and the different events were interesting. One event was added to my tour for some reason, although I could guess why. There was a weaving demonstration which was very interesting but the goal is to get everyone to buy these items at the end. They were charging a very large amount for these weaved articles. I ended up buying one very small table runner for 1.8 million rupiah. Apparently some people dicker on the price and my driver ended up getting a partial refund for me. Just note that if you take this part of tour, be prepared.

Very good driver with a lot of ideas to your sightseeing. He also makes the connections with guides which only makes your trip even better, more interesting and easier. We can only recommend him. Big thanks from Denmark

Loved our day in Lombok
We loved our tour of Lombok with guide Misal. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English. Misal brought some sunflower seeds so we could feed the monkeys - very fun! We rode scooters to the waterfalls. There were a fair number of stairs but it was worth it - they were among the prettiest waterfalls I have ever seen. After the waterfalls we had a snack and I got to try Lombok coffee. I told Misal I wanted to try durian, so he found a good roadside stand where we tried durian and a couple other types of Lombok fruits. Next we stopped at a local village and got a demonstration of their weaving and also were able to go into one of the rice paddies. We had an amazing day in Lombok - highly recommend this tour and guide Misal!

Lombok Vacation and Habib delivered an enriching experience
Lombok Vacation contacted me a few days before our port arrival and we continued our WhatsApp messaging up to the morning of pickup at the cruise terminal, making the connection with our guide secure and easy. Habib was our driver and host for the day, speaking perfect and understandable English. He treated us like family and even invited us to his home to meet his father, wife and son for a friendly tea and coffee party. Since the rain came and went throughout the day, Habib adjusted the destinations accordingly. All went well from site to site traveling in his air conditioned van down local roads from village to village offering us a completely satisfying Lombok day we will never forget.
