Worst tour and don't waste your money.
Tour is absolute waste of time and very substandard. Tour start time says 9:15 am but it didn't start till 10:15 am and they charged Rs.2200/- per person but they sent via Mumbai darshan for Rs.350/-. We traveled with family of four people and worst experience. Bus is not same as described in the description and there is no English guide. I am in the process of lodging a cheating case with local authorities.

Just perfect to end the day after a conference! Friendly and nice guide adapting to the audience.
The temple and the peaceful Banganga were the highlights of the tour, and it was also nice to learn some pieces of history.

nice tour
Guide good but not extraordinary. Had the feeling he wasn't much interested in doing the tour. Said it was 8 hours and only lasted 3 hours. Said it was because of the traffic. Think he got a kick back from the things I bought at a store - not a very good experience. Somewhat of a rip off.

Mumbai Sightseeing
The tour was excellent in highlighting the main sights of Mumbai. The tour was excellent in highlighting the main sights of Mumbai and its uniqueness. Some of the sights included: Gateway of India, The ferry cruise also provided the opportunity to see Mumbai from the sea. The accompanying tour guide, Sunny, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and ensured everything went well. I recommend India Magic Tours for traveller who wishes to see Mumbai on a bus tour.
Response from the operator: Dear Sir/Madam, We are happy to receive such positive reviews for the tour. Our sole motto is to satisfy our customers and we are glad we could meet that expectation. Regards, Mr Jitin Gopal

This is a good tour for Indians but...

This is a good tour for Indians but it is not for foreigners.
My guide was a fine gentleman who did his best to make this tour something great but the places we went to were not the best for someone who wants to learn more about Mumbai.
I would suggest that the persons in charge of designing this tour have places in mind like Crawford Market, the fish market, the flower market, more places could be added. I don't think that the museum should be included

Why this scores 55
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Best Bus Tour Mumbai/Bombay: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Mumbai.
How much does Best Bus Tour Mumbai/Bombay cost?
+
Prices start at $8 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Mumbai usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Best Bus Tour Mumbai/Bombay take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Mumbai is not rushed.
Is Best Bus Tour Mumbai/Bombay worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Mumbai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Best Bus Tour Mumbai/Bombay?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Best Bus Tour Mumbai/Bombay suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Best Bus Tour Mumbai/Bombay?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Mumbai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Mumbai and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Best Bus Tour Mumbai/Bombay start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Mumbai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Mumbai?
+
On Outty we rank every Mumbai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Elephanta Caves & Island Guided Private Tour, Dharavi Slum Tour, Mumbai: Dharavi Slum & Dhobi Ghat Laundry Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Mumbai?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Mumbai?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
