Outstanding slum tour!
An emotional and sensational experience. Not for the faint hearted but we are so pleased to have done this. Our guide was excellent (again). It was very safe and was certainly a real eye opener to another way of life. Fully recommend this tour with our professional guide. A real sense of a city within a city who fight everyday for making a better life for themselves and their future generations. Our guide was professional, a great English speaker and very knowledgeable.

Highlight of my trip!
If you are looking for a non touristic tour which embraces the local life without the overwhelming crowds this is a tour I’d advise! Within short walking distances you learn about the Dhahavari Slum with factory, pottery leather, inhabitants and many more. Cherry on top, some of the recorded scenes from the famous movie Slumdog Millionaire will surprise you throughout. Hakim is the best guide with a storytelling that answers all your questions. He takes his time and makes sure that seeing the slow life involves us moving slow alongside. Will definitely come back again to see more!

Great tour with a very friendly and knowledgeable guide

The slum tour was very interesting and the lunch at the end was delicious. Travelling in a van with AC was very comfortable with 35 degrees outside. We would love to come back and experience more of Mumbai with you. See you next time!!
