Do not book with these people.

Be careful. They do not provide a proper induction. They simply show you the accelerator and brake. They did not provide any further instructions. Two of our party crashed. We were then told we needed to pay for damage. Despite this being a simple accident and the damage being barely visible. We were told there would be internal damage despote no evjdence of that. The terms stated that we were only liable for negligence or gross negligence. There was neither negligence or gross negligence. I do not recommend you use these people. We ended up being charged. They did not listen to our position and completely disregarded their own terms and conditions. We were pressured to pay or risk losing the entire deposit we provided.

Es kam zu zwei selbstverschuldeten Unfällen, die gemeinsam mit den Kunden dokumentiert und fotografiert wurden. Die Schäden wurden den Kunden gezeigt und anschließend wurde gemeinsam ein fester Betrag vereinbart, mit dem die Angelegenheit vollständig erledigt war. Die Behauptung, wir hätten die Kunden ohne Grundlage zur Zahlung gezwungen oder unsere eigenen Bedingungen missachtet, entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Bei selbstverschuldeten Schäden ist selbstverständlich eine Kostenbeteiligung erforderlich. Außerdem wurde diese Buchung weder über TripAdvisor noch über Viator vorgenommen. Die Darstellung des Ablaufs ist daher aus unserer Sicht in mehreren Punkten nicht korrekt. Bis auf eine Person konnte die Angelegenheit mit der gesamten Gruppe sachlich und problemlos geklärt werden. Wir bedauern, dass anschließend eine Darstellung veröffentlicht wurde, die ein falsches Bild des tatsächlichen Ablaufs vermittelt.

It was my younger sisters...

It was my younger sisters birthday, we booked the quad excursion for 2, they were reasonable at first and allowed us to move the time to 15:00 from 11am however when we turned up at 3pm both tour guides were rude, arrogant and spiteful. They gave a briefing and then proceeded to tell us we can not complete the tour with any form of refund. After paying 130£+ you would expect at least an ounce of customer service but there was 0. Dont waste your money with this company :)

Response from the operator: The customer Tara had booked a tour on 05/13 at 11:00 a.m. The customer did not show up at the agreed meeting point. The customer then contacted us via WhatsApp. Out of courtesy, we offered to rebook the booking for the tour at 15:00. The customer was also late for the tour at 3:00 p.m. As proof, among other things, a receipt with time stamp as well as camera recordings of the entrance area are available. Despite the repeated delay, we still accepted the customer. The customer signed the disclaimer and then received a complete briefing on the operation and safety of the vehicle. Already on the first metres of the test drive it became clear that the customer could not check the vehicle safely. There was almost a collision with a parked vehicle. For safety reasons, we have therefore decided not to allow the customer to drive the vehicle independently. As an alternative solution, we offered the customer to participate in the tour as a passenger in another vehicle. The customer declined this offer and demanded a refund instead. Throughout the entire process, our team was sachlich, friendly and accommodating. We explained the situation and the background of our decision to the customer calmly and transparently. The customer, on the other hand, was unfriendly towards us and, according to our impression, gave incorrect information about the course of the incident during the telephone conversation with Viastor agency Due to the repeated delays, the safety problems when driving the vehicle and the alternative offer offered by us, we see no reason for a refund of the tour costs.

A great, two days of 2025 in Benidorm on the quads

I’m not sure where to start with this review because everybody generally has their own opinion but from start to finish the experience with Frank and Fritz was absolutely amazing. We had the best two days of quad biking. We only booked in for one but went back the following day to do another tour Because the guys were amazing. Would recommend it to anyone and thank them very much.

Quad bike tour

Had such a great time on the quad bike tour, I was a bit nervous going on my own, but both tour guides were so lovely and welcoming, honestly can’t recommend this company enough
