From start to finish the Operator communicated with my wife and I very professionally, very friendly and guided us through our whole journey. From dates, times, locations to even helping us find our way from the drop off at Universal Resort, going through the entrance to contacting us just before pick up. My wife and I not only felt safe but more importantly felt valued as a customer. Thank you so much we will definitely be using you again the next time we are in Beijing. Special mention to our Driver who just didn’t sit in his car when we completed our Universal Studio visit. It was so nice to see him waving to us exactly where he said he would be and then walked us to our vehicle where bottled water and an air conditioned vehicle was waiting for us…thank you Yang. Definitely value for money you won’t regret using their Service.

Private transfer is the way to go
We booked this tour with private transfer because we were a bit apprehensive about local transportation, and it was the best decision ever. Since the day before we were contacted bt Cathy, who gave us very clear indications about what to expect thr following day. She was very nice and efficient... always aware of every detail. We we picked up at our hotel exactly at the pre arranged time. The car was very spacious and comfortable, and the driver was very professional. Cathy remained in contact during the day and arranged transportation back to the hotel. Once again, in a timely and professional manner. Based on our experience we fully reccomend this tour. Thank you Cathy, you are a charm.

Excellent and Professional Service!
Our family made a last-minute booking, and the entire experience was excellent. The car was extremely clean and comfortable, the driver arrived right on time, and the service was professional, attentive, and exclusive from beginning to end. Amazing experience
I had an amazing time at Universal Studios thanks to Cathy and her team. Everything was perfect. I didn't have to worry about anything as Cathy has everything organised. I was able to relax and enjoy my day. The whole day ran so smoothly. The driver was punctual, friendly and the car was clean. Cathy explained how the tickets and the entrance procedure worked. I was able to have a flexible return time I just needed to message Cathy when I was ready to be picked up and the driver came so I was able to spend as much or as little time in the park as I wanted. Thank you guys for a wonderful and easy day.
