Adding to most other parks visited.

An enjoyable visit but the lack of English throughout the park was a major obstacle. Also, as expected, the food was not very appealing, while waits approached 70 minutes. However, I have now visited all Universal parks except for Singapore, as a former team member in Orlando.

Amazing park and rides but too many people.

The park is amazing however it is horrendously oversold, it took over and hour to get in the gates. We arrived at 8.30 park opens at 9:00am. We had express passes which were expensive but with every $$$$, some ride queues were over 2 hours long and with an express pass the longest we waited was 10mins. The express pass cost around $250NZD I can't epmhasis this enough you need to buy the express pass or waste your whole day in massive queues, if you go to your grave 250 dollars poorer it was money well spent. We as a family of 4 , 13 yr and 9yr old sons probable spent $1,500 NZD on admission express passes and food etc, we are only ever going to be in Beijing once in our lives so went all in for the express passes. The park is very high tech facial recognition is used to enter the express lanes, you don't even need tickets for the park is all linked to you passport when you buy the tickets, This park is awesome but I repeat BUY the Express Pass or you will regret it. Some queues even close during the day as the lines are to long. They are Harry Potter crazy ongoing hater potter land 1 st before the other 100,000 pple do it's insane. Be prepared to rugby scrum your way around there is no line etiquette people will just blatantly push pass you so don't be shy and don't hold back or you be eaten alive, Chinese are used to living in queue we from Nee Zealand are not and it was a real shock. All in all the park is a must see if you Are visiting Beijing with kids

Beijing Universal Cinema Winter Snow Feeling

When the winter goes in, the globe of the Universal Cinematic City is filled with snow, so feel 😍 Hollywood Avenue rooftops suddenly "snow", snowflakes fall lightly, filled with Christmas lights and music, instantly like falling into a fairy tale movie. Especially on the side of the Christmas tree, every half-hour light show falls snow, 22 meters tall trees shine super-dramatic, standing below and looking up, snowflower falls on the face, romantic to impossible ~ First go to the Little Yellow people area to play a small ride, then slowly enter the courtyard to play. It may be because the area is large, so it does not take too long. But the Heg Tiger cross-country truck (transformed outdoors outside King Kong base cross-country truck) stopped when it snows in the winter. The Harry Potter district is even better, Hogwarts Castle and Hogwarts Village covered with a layer of white snow, the Wizard's garment floats in the wind, feeling like the character in the movie, the evening castle show opens, the atmosphere is directly filled! It is really worth playing to feel a good surprise, and it is worth drinking a cream beer, there are hot and frozen options, and it is recommended to drink hot in winter, not too sweet

    Magical Day at US Beijing

Very funny!! It has everything, at the level of the Universal of Los Angeles. Kung Fu Panda, Harry Potter and Jurassic World attractions top. And the night show in Hogwarts very nice. There are quite a few people but the lines are not excessive.

It was a day of true happiness.

It was just so amazing. With the Beejing Universal studios app, everything was clear and easy. But it was very hot in June, so it was very difficult to wait in line.

Beijing Universal Studios One Day Pass: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Beijing.

How much does Beijing Universal Studios One Day Pass cost?

    +

Prices start at $108 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Beijing usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Beijing Universal Studios One Day Pass take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Beijing is not rushed.

Is Beijing Universal Studios One Day Pass worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 56 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Beijing, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Beijing Universal Studios One Day Pass?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Beijing Universal Studios One Day Pass suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Beijing Universal Studios One Day Pass?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Beijing can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Beijing and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Beijing Universal Studios One Day Pass start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Beijing within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Beijing?

    +

On Outty we rank every Beijing experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Mubus: Mutianyu Great Wall Bus Tour with Summer Palace Options, Beijing: Top 6 Highlights All Inclusive 2-Day Private Tour, Private Mutianyu Great Wall Trip With English-Speaking Driver. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Beijing?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Beijing?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
