More of a walking tour, not much of a food tour
It was more of a walking tour and not much of a food tour. While it was informative, we only got a little bag of chocolate, a few small cookies and a cheese danish. The cheese stand was not at the market that day.
Response from the operator: We're deeply sorry the food tastings fell short of your expectations. Unfortunately, our usual tasting location was temporarily closed until November, requiring us to adapt the itinerary that day. We understand the alternatives did not deliver the culinary experience you anticipated and sincerely apologise for the disappointment. Please contact us by email so we can discuss your experience further.

This was a very good tour. Alejandro was knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and fun. Especially enjoyed the chocolate and cheese tasting. But the time change was very short notice!

However, we sincerely apologise for the short notice regarding the time change. Poor Communication
Found out the Information for the meeting place stated on the ticket was wrong. We were told that the correct information was in an email 5 months ago. Unfortunately, we followed the the information on the ticket thinking it was the updated information. As a result, we never got the experience and was told there was no refund.
Response from the operator: We're sorry the conflicting meeting details caused you to miss your experience. The ticket was issued by the reseller, and we recommend confirming details directly with us. Since new management took over on October 1, 2026, we're improving all procedures, including plans to issue tickets directly to guests. Please contact us by email so we can review your case and the refund decision.
