Winery Scenic Flight
I took my grandchildren up on the Scenic Winery Flight, they were so excited and enjoyed every second of the flight. Kai our pilot was great in pointing out the wineries and land marks. Fully recommend the experience.
Response from the operator: Hi Stephen, Thank you for choosing to fly with us! We are so happy your grandchildren loved the flight so much! We love seeing younger people enjoy flying so much! Thank you again for your kind review!

Experience of a lifetime
Bridgette and her team are superb. I can not recommend this company or this tour too highly. They organised everything - transfers to and from Adelaide, multiple vineyard stops (wonderful partners who were both welcoming and fun), terrific food and wine and of course stunning views over the valley with a very helpful commentary from Nick, our pilot. He even took pictures and videos of the day for us so we have lasting memories. This is a trip you will not regret and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you all.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your beautiful review! It was an absolute pleasure to create your day and host you! We’re so lucky to have amazing partners who love welcoming our guests just as much as we do! Nick will be thrilled to hear your kind words. We’re all about creating unforgettable experiences, and hearing that you’d do it again in a heartbeat means the world to us. Hope to see you again soon (I am sure we will🤠) for another adventure over the valley! Warm regards, Bridgette Barossa Helicopters 🚁🍷

Fantastic. Would like to again one day.
Exceeded my expectations. Friendly, experienced staff showing the sights to and from the winery. Loved the way the helicoptor dropped you off at the front of the winery and just had to call when needed to be picked up. Staff at winery were great too with friendly atmosphere and great tasting wines and ports. The cafe staff and the food was awesome. It was a surpize birthday for my wife and she loved every minute of it.
Response from the operator: We are thrilled to hear that your experience exceeded expectations! It sounds like the combination of friendly and experienced staff, the scenic helicopter drop-off at the winery, and the convenience of on-demand pickups all contributed to a fantastic visit. We are glad to know that both the winery staff and the atmosphere, along with the selection of wines and ports, left a positive impression. It's wonderful that the surprise birthday celebration for your wife turned out so well. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back soon for another memorable experience.

Barossa Valley Behind the Scenes Winery and Vineyard Experience: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Adelaide.
How much does Barossa Valley Behind the Scenes Winery and Vineyard Experience cost?
+
Prices start at $1009 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Adelaide usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Barossa Valley Behind the Scenes Winery and Vineyard Experience take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Adelaide is not rushed.
Is Barossa Valley Behind the Scenes Winery and Vineyard Experience worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 54 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Adelaide, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Barossa Valley Behind the Scenes Winery and Vineyard Experience?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Barossa Valley Behind the Scenes Winery and Vineyard Experience suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Barossa Valley Behind the Scenes Winery and Vineyard Experience?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Adelaide can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Adelaide and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Barossa Valley Behind the Scenes Winery and Vineyard Experience start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Adelaide within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Adelaide?
+
On Outty we rank every Adelaide experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Premium Barossa Small Group Tour: Wine tasting, Lunch & Chocolate, Discover Barossa: 4 Wine Tastings, Gourmet Lunch, and Hidden Gems, Adelaide Highlights, Hahndorf & McLaren Vale Wine Tasting and Sightseeing Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Adelaide?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Adelaide?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
