What you'll see and do
Barossa Valley
Pickup will be in the Adelaide CBD where we will head to the Barossa Valley for the whole day of your private wine tour before being brought back to their destination in the Adelaide CBD at 5pm. Your private tour of the Barossa will be with Kym Farley, a born and bred local of the area and you get his insights in to the area.While you are in the Barossa Valley you will get the chance to see some of Barossa's best small wine producers, possibly meet a winemaker with lunch also provided for the day. I generally aim to do 2 cellar doors before lunch with 1-2 cellar doors after lunch.

Curate Your Barossa Valley Wine Tour
The day delivers on the expectations set by the website description. Kym consults you to determine your interests and then proposes which wineries you should visit. The pick up was as scheduled. The Barossa valley is much more relaxed than many other wine regions around the globe, and there is a wide range of options for your tour. Henschke was outstanding - inviting tasting room and knowledgeable staff, not to mention the wine. Seppersfield presented more as a tourist destination rather than a serious winery. Hayes River was a small intimate tasting room from a smaller supplier - about 7,500 cases per year. Do your research and advise Kym of your must do wineries. More than three wineries may be a challenge. Lunch at the Harvest Kitchen was almost overwhelming in the amount of food and variety of dishes. All quite delicious. Having bottled water available in the vehicle would be a nice addition to the experience. The drive is scenic and Kym’s commentary adds colour to what you are seeing. You do pay a premium for the personal curated day but it makes for a more relaxing and focused day than the group tour alternative.

We have had the most fabulous day touring around the Barossa Valley with Kym. Excellent tour commentary, shared lots of local knowledge. Personally tailored the tour and booked a beautiful lunch. I highly recommend this tour for the personal approach.

Wine tasting bucket list trip!
Kym was an outstanding guide and made our two days in the Barossa and McLaren Vale incredibly special. He helped select the wineries that best fit our tastes and organized the whole experience. We had a lovely lunch each day and met a couple of our favorite wine makers. Highest recommendation!

Barossa Winery Tour
We had an absolutely wonderful personalised Barossa winery tour with Kym and a lovely luncheon at The Harvest Kitchen. From the moment we were picked up, everything was thoughtfully planned and tailored to our interests, Kym was very knowledgeable and passionate of the area and Wineries. Barossa discovery: Not jammy wine, not only wine
We were initially drawn to Barossa Bespoke Tours by Kym’s extensive local knowledge and professionalism, but what stayed with us most was the genuine passion of the people we met throughout the day. Our itinerary took us through Eden Valley and the Barossa, including stops at the Hill of Grace Vineyard and Gruenberg Church, followed by tastings at Henschke, Rockford, Langmeil and Kaesler, lunch at Harvest Kitchen, and a scenic drive through Seppeltsfield. The day was thoughtfully planned, well paced and gave us a broad understanding of the region, rather than simply moving from one cellar door to another. Through conversations with Kym and the cellar-door teams, we could clearly feel the pride they take in their wines and the enthusiasm they have for their work. In an age when professional reviews and technical information are readily available online, what cannot be replicated is the experience of speaking directly with the people behind the wines and hearing the stories, decisions and personal connections that shaped them. Wine has always had a unique ability to bring people together. This tour extended that connection beyond the people sharing the bottle, allowing us to feel closer to the winemakers and to the Barossa itself. Kym was knowledgeable, attentive and highly familiar with the region, while still allowing each visit to feel personal and unforced. It was not only an excellent wine tour, but also a meaningful introduction to the people and culture behind Barossa wine.
