A delightful tour with Guiseppe ! He has great knowledge of Bari history and blends it in to all the delicious tastings we had! You will taste all the local favorites focaccia Barese, Panzerotto, Spagliozze, polpo and Tetta and bombette !

Perfect mix of food and history
We had a great time on this food tour. Giuseppe’s passion and knowledge of the history of Bari was outstanding. The food was excellent and included things we had never tried before. Definitely no need for breakfast before you go! We were shown local eateries and specialties, all in an engaging and relaxed manner. Thank you so much Giuseppe. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Informative and tasty
This is a wonderful introduction to Bari. We really enjoyed the tour, both the historical info as well as the local food specialties. Our guide was lovely, welcoming and very knowledgeable. We left with full bellies so definitely worth the money!

Wonderful Private Food Tour of Bari
Our private food tour of Bari with Giuseppe was a wonderful experience. The tour was very well paced, with plenty of time to enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. We sampled a delicious variety of local delicacies, giving us a real taste of Bari and its food traditions. What made the tour especially memorable was Giuseppe. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Bari. Along the way, he shared fascinating stories about the city’s history and pointed out the different architectural styles, giving us a much deeper appreciation of what we were seeing beyond the food. The combination of delicious local specialties, history, architecture, and Giuseppe’s warm and engaging personality made this a highlight of our time in Bari. Highly recommended!

Great way to experience Bari
What a great way to spend 3 hours in Bari. Guiseppe was very knowledgeable and explained many historical sights whilst we wandered through the town eating different types of traditional food. I would highly recommend this trip and our tour guide Guiseppe.
