Strong pass, unprofessional poor communication
Driver never showed up, I called they were at wrong airport, they didn’t offer options. So needed to find a new driver, they still charged me the full amount.

However, we would like to clarify the situation based on our records and communication history. At the time of booking, the drop-off location was not clearly provided. The booking only mentioned “airport” without specifying the exact flight number, which is essential for us to correctly assign and locate the meeting point. One day prior to the service, our team contacted and messaged the customer via WhatsApp requesting confirmation of the exact drop-off location and flight details. Unfortunately, we did not receive the required confirmation in time.[We have history of communication can provide screenshots at anytime] On the day of service, the customer later sent a hotel location at the last minute, which was different from the originally selected transfer drop location option. This caused confusion and resulted in the driver waiting at the originally assigned point, leading to a no-show situation. Our driver did arrive and waited as scheduled based on the booking information provided. Since the service was dispatched and the driver’s time and vehicle were utilized, the full charge was applied in accordance with our booking and no-show policy. We would also like to highlight that providing a 1-star review without fully using our service, and while not responding to our requests for clarification, does not fairly reflect the situation. If the required information had been shared on time, we would have been able to provide the service properly and allow you to judge our service based on actual experience. We always strive to deliver reliable service and clear communication, and we appreciate cooperation from customers to ensure smooth operations.

Very bad. My booking was not available when we arrived in Bangkok. I will never hire tripadvisor again.
There was no booked car when we arrived in Bangkok. We had to get other transport. I cannot recommend tripadvior.

Unreliable service
The pick up service never showed up at the airport. The tycoon Thai company contacted me through viator to verify the flight details, arrival time and pick up point. I wasted my time with stress for more than an hour on artival at the airport after a long haul flight.. Neither the pick up company or viator were not contactable when I was making stress call. Viator eventually got me through the chatline more than 2 hours. By then I was on the way to Pattya with the public taxi. Be careful to book with this service.
