Lake Louise and Moraine Lake shuttle
First, the time at booking for both lakes was 90 min. That’s why we booked this one. We were cut short 15 min at Lake Louise and barely made it to the lookout and back to the bus. Second, it said the only pickup points were in Banff, but we stopped at the mall in Lake Louise for 30 min, which is probably why our time was cut short. We stayed at the Post Hotel 3 days before and changed the day for the tour to when we were in Canmore because we couldn’t get a pick up in Lake Louise.

On time, as advertised comfortable We parked our vehicle in the recommended parking lot, the parking fee was expensive. If you go early, perhaps you can find a free lot or take the bus from the tunnel Mountain campground, driver Red friendly & informative

Basic Shuttle bus service, nothing more.
It’s basically a shuttle bus and nothing more. This tour was subcontracted out. There were 35 passengers on board, picked up at two stops - banff train station and lake Louise village. There seemed to be passengers on board that were not from viatour. The van had no viatour identification, nor marked with the name given for the Tour Operator stated on the ticket. We were more than 15 minutes early as requested but the bus arrived 5 minutes before departure time. It would have been easy to miss the correct bus because there were a few different buses at the station for that departure time. The driver made no announcements whatsoever at the first stop (to pick up more passengers) leaving those on board confused. Many complained. The bus was a basic Blue Bird bus - like a school bus not painted yellow, rather more like prison bus white. I was expecting more of a tour experience but it was just a shuttle.

Severe Delay and Lack of Notice and overpriced
The shuttle came late around 9:45. There was no way of knowing when they were coming or if there was an issue. No email/text notification. As I was calling the viator company, that was when the bus came. We left around 10Am but ticket said 9:30 Am. Also, there were no signs of viator or anything like that on the walls/bus while other bus companies had their logo. You can find cheaper bus transportation if you shop around. We paid $60 for each person.
